Lovely surprise to find another chapter But this was so hard to read, so much hatred from Mark´s father. Gary was brilliant, he behaved like a loving dad and was there to protect Mark. And Jackie...she was horrible, she sounded like she was actually enjoying telling Mark he was too late to see his mum and to say his goodbyes. Neither of them, father or Jackie, seem to be grieving at all. No tears, no hugs, just hatred towards Mark. Jackie never understood that Trey is Mark´s family now and why it was so important for Mark to spend the last moments with Trey. Gary and Diane are really needed now, Mark needs someone to comfort and love him, Trey´s away and his father doesn´t want to have him as a son, and it´ll take a long time before Mark and Jackie will be able to have a proper relationship again. Very powerful and emotional chapter, and I´m in tears, I really feel sorry for Mark. He should move to live near Gary and Diane, if I remember correctly he was planning to do that when Trey came back, but there´s nothing stopping him now.

Another wonderful chapter! Sacha was so happy and thought he had at least some kind of chance to be with Nik. Now he´s gone for months and Sacha needs him. Lacey always means well and of course she loves Sacha and wants what´s best for him. But Lacey doesn´t know what´s best for Sacha, Sacha knows what´s best for him. I think Nik knew, too, but now he´s away. There aren´t many people to support Sacha, only Lacey and James, or did he go back to school already? Sacha really could have used Nik´s help to adjust to his new life.

Poor Mark, he was very lucky to have Diane and Gary there with him. I think it was even worse than he was expecting it to be. His father is very rude and not at all a welcoming father. And Jackie, hardly a behaviour of a loving sister, she sounded jealous. You managed to put a lot of emotions in a short chapter.

Wonderful chapter! Such a sweet beginning, Kieran ad Robin enjoying the morning and each other...and suddenly, there she is, the evil Becca, ruining all the fun. I felt sorry got Shastan, they haven´t been married for that long and already he had to send his wife away to cool off. She is a truly horrible person and the way she treats Robin isn´t normal behaviour for a sister. She doesn´t want him to get hurt, but at the moment she is doing all the hurting. The ending was very sad, Kieran will miss those kids and they´ll miss him. Hopefully there´ll be time for them to spend together.

Rob has a big mouth, but he clearly cares very much about his brother and means well....it just doesn´t work like that all the time

Wonderful chapter! I giggled through the airport scene, it was absolutely hilarious....the adorable twins. Chris and Jacob will have their hands full with them two. So, father is in town, didn´t like him at all. He´s just as patronising as I thought he´d be. Didn´t get an impression he actually cares much about his sons and their happiness, but he doesn´t like the fact they are thinking for themselves and don´t want or need his opinion anymore. Hopefully he´ll go away and won´t cause more trouble.

Poor Miles! His life has been so sad and lonely, and isolated from everybody else, even his parents seem to be more absent than present. Hopefully Jay will be able to give him confidence and happiness and love. Miles, in fact they both, deserve to feel secure and loved by someone special.

Such a sweet chapter...after what happened earlier this was nice. Miles' life sounds very sad and lonely, parents working all the time and having no time for their son, no wonder he´s so insecure about other people. Jay might be just what he needs.

Such a beautiful chapter. Loved the diamond in the sand allegory. Sacha knows he has found someone he loves and wants in his life, too bad life isn´t that simple, especially when you have a sister like Lacey, who thinks she knows what´s best for her little brother. Lacey just wants to help but Sacha feels more comfortable with Nik and that helps him more. Hopefully they´ll be able to spend time together as friends if not officially boyfriends.

I´ve very much enjoyed the story so far. Russell and Jacob make a lovely couple. And Jacob´s parents are very nice. Wonder what´ll be Russell´s father´s final reaction to all the changes in his family, will he even have a family anymore? Everybody else seems to be supportive of Russell and Evan. I´ve been pleasantly surprised how much I understand Danish, my Swedish is terrible but obviously good enough to understand at least some Danish. All those words for relatives are used here too, well, most have changed a bit, like Farmor is Fammu, Farfar is Faari....

Wonderful chapter! Russell´s father is a horrible person who clearly doesn´t like his sons very much, he likes the idea of having sons who follow in their father´s footsteps and one day make him a proud grandfather. He´s probably never actually thought what makes or would make his children happy. Evan was great and the whole email conversation was well written.

I like the way this story is developing, slowly and sweetly. Russell clearly needs someone like Jacob to pull him back into the world, out of his head. I got an impression Evan means a lot to Russell but they haven´t really have a close connection lately. Evan´s been away and probably not been in touch with Russell, at least haven´t told much about his life.

Lovely chapter! Nik clearly cares about Sacha and wants what´s best for him, but traveling a long time in car might have been too soon. Nik and Lacey are doing their best, but no one really understands how Sacha feels and thinks. Simple sentences cause panic attacks and sitting in a car makes him hurt. I really felt bad for him, it´ll take a long time for him to be "normal".

Great beginning to your story. Russell and Jacob are both very nice. Poor Russell, so insecure, but hopefully Jacob will be able to give him more confidence. Every time I´m travelling through Copenhagen, I keep thinking that I should spend some time there.
