Hey, everybody. Out at my aunt’s summer place today. Little island on a lake. 25°C in the water. Heaven in this heat. Also, this is Loke. He’s a lapphund and he wishes you all a good day! And so do I. -

she thinks i need more resistance thinks everyone’s cheering me on and i need someone to tell me that this isn’t me as though i don’t doubt it every day wonder if i’m wrong wonder if i’m making a mistake wonder if they’re right the ones that say it’s a fad the ones that say we’re making it up the ones that say i’m not man enough, not trans enough she thinks i haven’t thought it through but that’s the point thin

Morning, DiC. Happy Friday! Since I appear to have missed meme day yesterday, here are a couple of funnies I found on Facebook to brighten your morning. Hope you all have a great day! -
We've already talked about this and you know what I think and how I feel. And as someone who appears high functioning even when I'm not (and I often don't know how to let that mask slip irl, even with the people I should, like my therapist and social workers and so on), I know that feeling of having to allow yourself to feel it, to break and to depend on others when you're usually the one who's dependable. One thing I'm grateful for is how I'm allowed to let the mask slip when I talk to you. I'm glad you have Kevin and his love to lift you up. Glad you can depend on him. You deserve that. You of all people truly deserve that.

Morning, everyone. Just popping in to say hi. Hope you all have a good day! -
1. i dreamt you said you loved me which is funny because you don’t really know me we’re drops of water in the sea, you and i indescribably far away but then one day maybe we will touch and maybe you will love me as i will love you 2. i dreamt the world was kind a place of love and sweetness and in it, you could rest and i saw you there, among the flowers eyes shining and bright you were whole and happy and safe

I love the form of this poem. The three lines per stanza, the repeated syllable count. It adds weight to your message, I think.

Thanks for letting us know. Please tell him I said hi! Good morning, DiC. It's cooler here today. Gonna go for a run later on. Hope you all have a good day! -
Yeah, he was doing really well. Hopefully, this won't undo too much of his progress. As for his mum, who knows? Thanks for commenting!

It does, doesn't it? But he wouldn't be the first child to be sent to live with estranged relations because his parent can't look after him for whatever reason...

Hey everybody, just checking in. Been an active day here. This morning, Mum and I went for a walk to find me a good route for my running. I've decided to go for a run every other day while I'm here. Trying to get my pace up so I can eventually run 5k in half an hour. Then we went to the beach and I got to swim around for a bit. It wasn't the warmest it's been and the air was cooler today than yesterday, but it was still nice. Then I did some cleaning, vacuumed my room and stuff, and now I'm sitting here with an ale following tasty chilli con carne for dinner. Sauna in a bit. Today is a good day. Hope you all have a nice day! ❤️ -
For very obvious reasons, Daniel struggles with confrontation, and with asserting himself and his wants and needs. Thank you as ever for taking the time to read and comment!

You know, I sometimes worry that I've made Michael a bit too perfect... Is it even realistic? Thanks for reading and commenting.

Thank you!

People seem to be pretty universally condemning of them. Thanks for commenting!

They do seem that way, don't they? Time will tell what they're really like. Thanks for reading and commenting.

The world sucks pretty bad, doesn't it?

I don’t know, Parker. It’s awful. What’s worse is that people forget. They forget which rhetoric leads to these things and just let it stand. Those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it, isn’t that the phrase? Thanks for commenting, my friend.
