Nice to see them both open up a little more and allowing themselves to be vulnerable, if only a little bit. Travis especially, given his past experiences. Can't have been easy for him.
-
I'd like to do this... Must see if my brain is amenable.

Morning, DiC! Though I went to sleep late, I was still up before 11 (if only by a few minutes) so I'm calling it a win! Have a good day, all! Congratulations, @BHopper2! Happy for your team.

Goodnight, DiC! Later than yesterday, but I shan’t give up! Tomorrow is another day to continue Project: Being Human.

Hey, everyone. Just back from D&D. We defeated an evil undead three-headed skeleton king. It was great fun! Now we just have to get out of the death trap that is the haunted, sunken Dwarven city of Istra, but that's for next session. Lol Hope you're all doing okay today.

I'm glad you thought so, and I'm glad it could make you think. Some parts of our community are too often erased. I aim to rectify that, even if just a little bit. Thank you for reading, and for commenting!

Morning, all! Got to sleep around two and made it up before eleven. Project: Being Human is coming along nicely. Hope you all have a nice Monday!

On the opposite end of that spectrum. Hypomania has reared its ugly head, and I'm struggling to focus. But it's not too bad, I'm doing okay. I'm off to bed now. Goodnight, DiC! See you tomorrow.

Hey, Hunter. How are you?

Poor Travis... What a traumatic experience he's been through. And his current situation isn't great either. Seems he's accepting his feelings for Ben, though. That's good. The sunglasses are a nice gesture. Just hope Ben will recognise that. I was reminded reading this of your answer to my recurring details thread a while back. You wrote, 'Whiskey and self loathing'. I'm getting that. Wish I could keep reading right now, but alas, once again it's bed time. I will pick up again tomorrow. Thank you for writing and sharing this story.

Stupid Corbin and Harris, both keeping knowledge of the Giovannis from the other. Hope Timothy's going out with Karen cause he's actually interested and not just as a cover to go to the restaurant. He seems capable from the little we've seen, though. Hope the trip to the hot springs ends up being a little bit enjoyable for Corbin and Paul. You know, before the shit inevitably hits the fan.

Sending positive thoughts! Hope he'll be okay.

God, what a pair of emotionally stunted assholes.... I mean that as a compliment. You write deep and complex characters, people who are severely flawed and who fuck up. Travis was a dick for pushing Ben away, but I do get it. Clearly he's had his share of disappointments. At least Ben is starting to get a little more in touch. Disappointed in Audra. With her relationship with Ben I'd have thought she'd get it, at least a bit more than she appears to. This whole chapter was very sad.

That's really cool! Very pretty. It's nice to have something like that, that you can hold onto when things become a bit much.

I've had to have music on while reading lately cause my tinnitus has been annoying me so much. After a few really fitting songs turned up on my playlist while reading I've started jotting them down, lol. I'll send you the list when I've finished reading, if you like.

Fuck, that motel room... Soundtrack: Passenger by Deftones and Closer by Nine Inch Nails

Morning, A. Hope the soreness goes away. And hi, A's mom! Those are wise words. Also, that guy is hot.

She can try my lamotrigin if she wants. Takes a couple months to kick in, though.

That's how various smaller Unix systems work now, only floppy discs are no longer needed. The operating systems themselves are open source, so anyone can pick it apart and put it back together any way they like, and you can download them for free, along with tonnes of software. I know some developers take paypal donations and the like. -
Morning, DiC! Had some anxiety yesterday, so I had to get off GA for a bit. All better today. Morning, Parker. We got snow last night. It's melting, but we also have mixed snow and rain out there. A lot of it. Very happy I don't have to leave the house today.

I now know what you're cooking for me in exchange for my bolognese when we meet one day.

Thank you, Mac! That's very kind of you to say, and I'll do my best.

Thank you, Wayne! And thanks for your thoughts and comments before as well.
