Happy endings in store for our heroes. Not too surprised that the fast food owner ended up being behind the pictures; his very public display of discrimination when he tried to fire Dale established he wasn't too bright...bummed such a good story is over, thanks.

I feel like I missed a chapter or something. Interesting talk with the senator, I thought he was a bit hypocritical accusing Dale on the basis of his previous misrepresentation of the truth given he's a politician and misrepresents the truth for a living. Too bad they both have such little faith in one another's friends. I do like that Cole has gotten over some of his hang ups. Thanks again.

Cole is quite a control freak...it's cute in an annoying way. Dale is really blossoming, it's fun to be audience to his transformation. Fantastic work, thanks.

Jeremy is such a sweet guy. It's funny how rejection (perceived or otherwise) can prevent us from being our best. Ugh...now you've gone and made Tony somewhat sympathetic...I suspected it was coming but hoped Will would find someone else who isn't all angsty and messed up . Hopefully Gathan will settle down, I always liked him (Marcel too, I have a soft spot for the Hayes boys). Clever and playful chapter that really grabs ones attention by first swooning over Cole, then holds on with one empathizing with Dale's misfortune and finally the berry pie to the face with Cole's unusual request. One of the best opening chapters to a series ever. Thanks for posting.

Another ingenious spin on the Potterverse. As much as I liked the longer story, I find this one resonating a bit more due to the Harry, Hermoine, Ron triumvirate remaining in tact and Harry being the assertive one breaking free of his destiny and not being manipulated by dark forces. Thanks for another well crafted chapter. I was starting to get worried by George's dry spell; he's such a sexual being that him being denied love and physical intimacy is probably a bigger inconvenience than being held prisoner so far away from home. Great work, looking forward to more.

Thanks for another fine chapter. The scene with JJ and John was bittersweet, I wondered from the wording was this JJ's first consensual experience with another guy or just ever? Gathan and Zach obviously have some issues to deal with and honestly I don't think either opinion of the other is too reliable until they sort things out. Will, ah Will, wouldn't he have an easier time just hearing people out and then ignoring their advice if he doesn't agree, rather than arguing with everyone? I guess that's the Brad in him. Though eventually, we all have to realize its the people who loves us that hold the most power to annoy us immeasurably with unsolicited advice. It's like acknowledging life isn't fair, sure one can argue that it should be, but it's a quixotic endeavor so why not just accept it and move on. Looking forward to more, no pressure...well maybe a little pressure .

Ingenious twist turning the Harry Potter conflict from a classic good against evil tale to a story of political intrigue where our hero like most politicians is the least of all evils. Thanks for your creative take.

Brilliant finish to the Harry Potter alterverse. Having Harry (with Draco's guidance) solve the issues concerning the community politically versus running in with wands out continues the pragmatic themes introduced in the first half that touch on the reality that winning the battle is great and all but how do you navigate/manipulate the system in the aftermath to be effective and hopefully a little bit better than it was before the fight even started. Archetypical villains and heroes don't want to be mired down with politics they wanna take over or subsequently save the world. This story mires our hero down with politics and while he becomes less of the classically heroic protagonist he becomes a more effective contributor. Did he have to use the Dark Arts to achieve this? Probably not, but he was being nudged by Draco whose intentions were being guided by dark forces. At least now he has a greater understanding of their appeal as he deals with others, rather than being a drone that automatically spouts off dogma. Thanks so much for sharing this.
