Lovely interchange between Chris and Owen, it's too bad their parents aren't as enlightened. I love being privy to Owen's journey to self acceptance. I am also really enjoying the tension with Aiden. Finally, hooray for the return of Owe's libido. Top notch stuff, thanks again.

Great introduction to the LW's extended characters just enough to give them depth without losing the current thread. I loved the imagery of Owen smashed between Ryan and Aiden as he bears witness to the Ben and Leo experience . It's just a great story, thank you.

Nothing like a hottie to bring one out of his shell. Owen's struggle with his baggage as his romantic interest is sparked is skillfully laid out in such a way I am antsy to jump to the next chapter for more, more, more. Thanks for the good work. How stuck in a shell is Owen to not realize the hot guy at school is his neighbor? Fun chapter, seeing Chris square off with authority was funny, the principal seems like a bigger d-bag than normal. It was also nice to get some history on the brothers and their antics before the family disintegrated. And to answer Owen's question, Yes.

Like the universe this story starts with a bang. Immediately we are drawn into Owen's tumultuous world with loving brothers, secret lovers, fickle friends and asshole parents. I love how you built up the pathos around Owen but not made him pathetic, just brilliantly mired in angst. And the twins...well I'm a sucker for twin stories . Great start, thanks.

It's always an extra good day when I get notifications that a new Mark Arbour chapter is out and today was no exception, thank you. Not in the least surprised about Marie and her cronies spreading lies about Will or that Will handled it like a champ. Plotting to try and give Will an STD, well that's execrable. I am curious how Brad will react when he finds out about Marie's hateful lashing out against his son? It's good that Will is as together as he is or this kind of bullying could have a very sad outcome. Looking forward to finding out how this works out.

Oliver and Frank's first kiss (and subsequent kisses) has got to be one of the most masterfully written first kiss I've read. It was the perfect balance of evocative and innocent. My stomach is still a flutter. Speaking of masterfully written, the imagery of Oliver looking in the window only to realize he not seeing himself but David kicked major ass. Thanks again DomLuka.

Hmmm...Interesting revelation that Kyle is involved in Marie's scheme. That's too bad but their mal intent must be fairly obvious if Erik, who Will says, "...he’s not the sharpest dude around," feels compelled to approach Will to confirm the lie that Kyle, Ferris and Marie told him. Marie is seeming even less redeemable and exhibiting behavior that is more in character with some of the other notorious CAP bitches. I wonder how she is going to turn it around. I love Darius' advice, it reminds me of a professor from college who would tell us when we got unconstructive criticism that we needed to appear like ducks in the water and let hurtful comments roll off of us as if they were nothing. It's good advice and depending on one's temperament hard to execute. I wish Will luck . Thanks again its so compelling it easy to forget it's a story.

Is it so wrong to wanna to save Oliver and David from their evil parents? I really like how you are working in Frank and Rudy's back story with their own less than awesome dad. Great chapter even though it left me worrying now about Frank.

I've been mourning Humphrey's death and the Bacchante's final demise for hours since I could not resist sneaking away from my weekend commitment for a quick break to read your latest offering. Calvert was a welcome arrival, selfishly I had really hoped he'd make an appearance but refused to get my hopes up . So yay for Calvert although it would have been wonderfully Pollyanna if he'd arrived sooner, but alas not everything can be sunshine, lollipops and rainbows. Thank you so much for another great chapter and the commitment you have to your art and your audience.

Talk about a sucker punch in the gut; no wonder why he didn't want to talk about it at dinner . Reads like Kyle was cheating with more than just Will. I feel like a broken record but great chapter; looking forward to more.

I'm not sure where this MaryEllen thing is coming from; I've never even mentioned her so I don't know why that conclusion has been jumped to. I compared her to Bitty who was selfish, self destructive, entitled and incredibly ungrateful because Marie in my opinion has exhibited that behavior. I also made comparison to a character from Bloodline because of the scheming to cause Will harm. Marie's behavior borders on girl bullying and the dismissive attitude that it's typical teen behavior and she'll grow out of it is what allows it to prevail. Furthermore, Marie, who decided to positioned herself as some sort of moral proctor of Will over the Kyle thing, is way more judgmental than Claire was at the same age, not only that she lacks the kindness that Claire showed to others less fortunate than her (Mouse for example). She also lacks Claire sense of family loyalty which is why she is in this situation to begin with. Unless there is something I'm not privy to yet I don't see Marie as being really all that different from the kids she is allegedly not conforming to...her clique is just dressed differently and has broader interests than the A&F crowd.
