I didn't even go there. I didn't think of the specific scenario (or any scenario actually) for Rashan to become King. There are just as many possibilities as to how he could become King as there are people to imagine them, I think. A "bloodbath" is one option, but one option only. Rashan seems like an awesome person already. Under the care of Kas and Jihan, he can only continue on his journey of being a well-rounded individual with the required character traits of being a great leader. That is one reason I think he will get a Shadow Guard. They only "attach" themselves to people who apparently earn/warrant their loyalty, etc. If he does fulfill his potential, he would be an awesome King.

Yeah, but I'm hinting that I think he's gonna get one. With "Parents" like he's gonna have guiding him, etc he is going to be a very important person when he gets older, Kingdom/Society wise. Especially as I think he will be the next King. Ya know, just hoping in both instances. Just lookin' ahead is all.

Firstly, thanks so much for this chapter. I needed it when I woke up this am. I love all of the intrigue, etc because I think Jihan is going to be the perfect Consort for Kas and an awesome co-Leader (couldn't think of a better word/title right now) for Silver Shore Valley. Jihan and Kas are going to be a Tour de Force. I understand why Kiyan is like he is, with his main focus being the Kingdom, but I don't like him or the specific methods he has chosen to employ. I hope he never finds out/gets his hands on Yoru and his Convocation (?). As for his Wife, it will be awesome to witness the "dulling of her claws". It will be awesome to see how these two are handled. I hope Jihan extends his Network to include an actual spy network. Information is power. Rashan will LOVE Jihan. Can't wait to see what Rashan's Shadow Guard is like/who they are. Surely he will need one and he already seems like the kind of person that a Shadow Guard would give their Life and Loyalty to. Can't wait for the next installment.

Firstly, thanks for this early chapter. I really needed it this morning when I woke up. The main thing that stuck out for me is the "need" for an Elf with Chris' abilities. To have an Elf this powerful means that the evil they have to attend, endure, overcome, etc must be equally extraordinary. I mean, if I understand it correctly, Chris will end up 8x Platinum+? He could create his own Realm! That is amazing. Also, setting Chris up to take his place in Elven Society as a Royal, I think, is awesome and as it should be. It will, however, be good to see how Chris is going to balance his Realm and Earth lives, responsibilities, etc. This is all just so exciting. At some stage it will be good to witness Chris going on a Royal Tour of the Realm so that all of the Citizens can see their Platinum+ x8 Prince. Oh, and just quickly before I close off, with Chris' increased strength, magic, speed, etc (especially his speed) I can't wait for Chris' next battle/fight. Whether it is against some one/entity from the Blood Army or a Training Bout. That will be so cool!

Okay, so first of all - The End! What? Noooooooooooooooo... Secondly, chintzy is right in regards to Reggie but especially Daimey! I mean, seriously? Order of Belvoir would have been perfect! They get to ride a tank and shoot it!?!? I know they love that, but still. Rip Off City! Thirdly, that's the best/worst they could for mother-in-law-dearest? Seriously? And Harry had a 'furious row' with her. Oh well, that's alright then. Bet that taught her! She tried to have someone, who was just awarded the Order of Henry The Lion, First Class, killed. Someone who is related to them. She also aided a man who had committed multiple crimes against humanity and who made a move against the country her Daughter is Queen of, that her future Grand-Son is going to be King of. Finally, the end was a bit scary. All those names from past stories. Woah. That is gonna be one helluva story. I hope they all survive it. Thanks heaps as always Mike. Love these stories to the max!

It must have been so satisfying for Rudi to punch Josseran right in his hooked nose! Looks like Daimey (well, St Fenice, is going to save the day). I see awards, etc coming from more than just Rothenia surely!?!? I don't know what the message to Henry is? It can't be about whats currently going on because he won't get the message until after everything has been settled? We will get to see what it is, n'est pas? Hopefully it's a Lead In to the next Story?

Go Daimey Babe! Glad Reggie gets to continue on his 'adventure' so he too may get an award/recognition after all is done and dusted.

That was luverly. I can see (and now I am going to show my age) Chris being the Donny Osmond and David Cassidy of my age, but in the realm. Man, I remember all those Teen Mags with my fav being Tiger Beat LOL! Eleven Social Media will go crazy for him I hope Chris makes that young Elf's day and shows himself, but exclusively. That young Elf would remember that for the rest of his life...which is a very long time Can't wait for the next chapter.

Justy needs to walk around with a sign that says, "Iss me 'innit?" I loved Nate's response when they discovered Daimey missing. It wasn't a "Oh my poor Baby" kinda response. It was a "Oh No. Now what? What has he done/is he going to do now?" So Daimey can either save the Monks, save mother-in-law-dearest and/or do something about the nuke? Was wondering if there was going to be any "mysticism" in this one. Actually wondered that today. Then, Hey Ho. We have the White Stag. And of course it's Daimey. Poor Nate will be worried AF. Well, at least we know the reason now. However, I wonder why Josseran felt the need to kidnap the Russian Defence Minister's Son? I can't imagine the Russians would have balked at the idea of accepting/paying for this new technology? Poor Daimey. I don't like the idea of him looking forlorn and stricken. Poor wee sod. So Justy seems to be "in place" to play a role that will help. I wonder how Danny and Gussie will be able to help? Lastly (and to borrow a phrase from TYT) down goes mother-in-law-dearest! Down goes mother-in-law-dearest! Yes! Stage One of her downfall. Hard may she land!

Well, it will be interesting to see how/if the three (?) story lines merge, whether they are all part of one HUGE plot...somehow? So: Justy - I can see that he had to be shaved, etc just to be able to 'fit' in at the Monastery and not necessarily as a disguise. Also, whilst I am not so sure that going to the Monastery was the "best" option, it was obviously the "only" option for Chris and Mal. By the way, loving the Abbott. Danny and Gussie - Thank you. The reason behind their abduction makes sense. Was Pavel not taken as well? What happened to him? That poor Family and especially those kids. Daimey and Reggie - what is Rudi up to? He sure as hell managed to mobilise everyone really quickly. Whatever is going on, even if he had some clue, the latest development was unexpected cause there is no way he would have had Daimey and Reggie with him if he expected trouble. I can't wait to see Daimey when he finds out about who the fookers are that took his Dad. Would love to witness a scene where Daimey is in the same room as mother-in-law-dearest after the mother-in-law-dearest hits the fan. That would be epic!

So Chris and Mal are very clever, it seems to me anyway. VERY clever and VERY brave. Danny, Gussie and Pavel's abduction was a shock. Dying to know who and why? That fact they spoke Russian has got to be a clue but I can't think right now? Can't wait to see mother-n-law-dearest get hers. So can't wait.

I am glad Chris and Mal look like they will be meeting Justy. At least I hope it is Justy they are planning to hook up with. But why the razor and stuff?

Haven't read it yet. Just had to jump in and say I am SO EXCITED! Have SO been looking forward to this! Okay, just finished reading. I feel like I need a cigarette. And I don't smoke. Wow! Just as good as all that was, what is going to be almost as exciting is everyone's reactions to the unexpected stuff. That was so COOL! This so needs to be made into a movie. I know it could never be as good, but if it was done properly it could be way awesome. It would have to be a series though. I wish I witness that all of that. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! Okay, just had to read it again from the doors of the Hall of Haldruin. WAY WICKED!

I can't think of a word that perfectly describes Daimey. I love him to bits but damn he'd be hard work e.g. "Not doin' nuffink", when you've just walked in and seen him doin' sumffink Gotta love him, dontcha? I also love how he handled mother-in-law-dearest. As for Danny...I spent ages typing, backspacing, re-typing, deleting, typing again, etc. I have been here for over 25mins trying to figure out what to say and how to say it. I give up. Gussie is good people. Nuff said.

If Davey wasn't there he would have gone ahead with it. Even Gussie slightly annoys me for being so reasonable, sensible, mature, realistic, etc. I really hope Danny doesn't use his free pass, no matter what Gussie says.

Poor Reggie. Daimey will make it all better. Lord. I almost had some choice words for that Olga, then chuckled. She is only like 8 or 9 'innit?

It may be too early for me to jump like this, but I am really worried about Danny. He really better not go there. Gussie does so not deserve it. Besides, Daimey loves Gussie and if Danny hurts him...

Okay, so it was early am local time when I came across this chapter. I was still bed. I was blearily patting the bed looking for my phone and glasses. When I saw that this chapter had been uploaded I let out a little squeal and did flutter kicks in bed with excitement. Now, I am 6ft 1in and will be 58 next month, so I don't normally tend to squeal. In fact, I can't remember the last time I did so...but I did it again (the kick 'n' squeal) when I saw that this chapter had over 8 thousand words. I love Love LOVE the fact that Chris is still to "come into his powers". He is already way more powerful than anyone so far. I love everyone's reactions to the Realm. I love that members of Chris' party were so shocked that Yal beat Victor. I love Patri giving Victor 'the talk' cause you know his ass was NOT kidding. I love that Chris doesn't realise what he is in for when it comes to the details of the Ascension, that the Elves he asks are hesitant, that the Hall Of Ethnar is gonna be smaller than the Hall of Haldruin, etc. I really hope that something really "magical/mystical" happens during the Ascension (that no-one knows about/expected, not even Patri) because Chris has the tattoos. OMG I can't wait for the next chapter. This is just so So SO GOOD!

I love Daimey. Justy and Nate seem to be perfect for him as Dads because of their different perspectives, roles, etc. I hope that the "problem" with Danny refers to the erection only AND that it not only began there, but ended there as well. So I wonder who, in the Peacher-White Universe, Mal and Chris end up knowing/being introduced to? And of course mother-in-law-dearest has links to Amir Josseran!

I think it is hilariously typical/hypocritical that mother-in-law-dearest is all, "...but he was a rent boy..." whilst grabbing for her pearls in horror, yet is heading off to have sex with monks simply because she is the Lady Benefactor. That scheming snake is gonna get up to something. Hope Damien bought his sword with him. I have the perfect place for him to put it. I hope Danny is just having a wee glitch for now and it doesn't turn into something more serious. Please?

Wow. So glad I dropped in. I have been in a mine in Wales. Can see how 'short arse' has a natural advantage. My 6ft 2in self ended up being very happy they made us wear hard hats. I was very happy quite alot actually. The story of how Myles acts as he does will be interesting. He so does not sound and act like a toff?!?! His Mother however...
