Great Story NightOwl I just stumbled across your story a few days ago and have been reading chapter after chapter as you have captivated me with your tale. This is my first comment since i was too busy clicking on the new chapter each time I finished I too am getting suspect of William. Too much change, too quickly. I do think he set up Mr. Murphy to have Billy work for him to expose him to Candy. The thing is that I'm sure Mr.Murphy and William know why she ran off to Minnesota so quickly. I would also hazard a guess that he may know about Billy and David and the reason that he is acting a bit different is that he is going to set them up and then let the bomb drop. Just a feeling I get and really hoping it doesn't come true. Not sure if this has been discussed before, but I've wondered while reading why William allows the horses to stay. Since Seth is no longer around for his horse, Annie seldom rides her's, and Billy looks after Elder, I guess I question why he would let him keep the three. Unless Annie has set her foot down about it and as long as Billy does tend to them he allows it. The new feed screams danger to me as well. Well I will look forward to future chapters as I have fallen in love with all the characters and want to see where this goes. Great story!

Circumnavigation (99+40) Sweet Sorrow
wildone replied to C James's topic in C James Fan Club's Topics
Well luckily, the goat is safe which means no worries about Circumnavigation coming to an abrupt halt. I tend to believe that this is in fact CJ. Afterall, he was quite comfortable up on a cliff for 5 days and soon as someone got close to him, he bolted off. You can read all about it and watch CJ make a huge leap here. -

Thanks for the chapter CJ I too was wondering about how exactly you would affix a bomb to what i assume is fiberglass while in the water. Also that brought up the tracking device that Gray had installed on Atlantis in Melbourne. Since the customs service had the hull of the boat checked out by one of their divers wouldn't he have found something that could power up every two hours and send a text message via satellite phone link? Unless , the diver to check the boat was the same diver Gray hired to install the tracking device. After all CJ did mention that Gray had someone feed false information to the Customs Service that was employed by both the Service and Gray I think you may have given a tell tale here...I don't know how relaxing the night sounds would be with crickets AND chirping toads! It seems to be whenever we have either Toads or Frogs mentioned it is a sign of impending doom and gloom for Trevor Maybe Mike can give us an idea of what is to come. The one thing that I did notice about Bridget is that she seems to know that the asset list and keys were found, but still doesn't know about the gold (which I'm not sure she even knows about) and the tape have been found. Trevor and Shane for once have kept their mouths shut about them. The thing is the Goat loves irony. I'm sure he is basking in the fact that the one time the 'kids' do keep a secret, it could be the death of Rachel, Martin, Ted and Shelly and their son. Not to mention Bluey and Bonzer. Isn't it ironic, don't you think? The last thought that came to mind was the fact that if Gray does have Kookabura/Ares blown up before Trevor and Shane reach NZ, that they definitely will not be leaving there without an inch by inch search of Atlantis for the ANYTHING that does not belong there. It is just sad that Trevor and Shane may have to lose a lot of people they are close to, to save themselves Now I'm depressed, thanks Goat -
Happy Birthday Dom Hope you are well and enjoying life. I for one will always appreciate when you shared what was going on in your mind through your stories. Even if you don't choose to do it again, know that you are still loved

Wow, I will admit that I was a sissy during this rollarcoaster ride of a chapter. You had me laughing and crying throughout. The visit to the grave and the visit to the accident brought back some strong emotions within and I'm not ashamed to admit that you had me balling, but in a good way I'm glad that the guys stopped on Carlisle Island. It seems to be a popular place to visit As far as what to come, I have to say 100% that this is a major cliffhanger With Atlantis' locks not working properly it makes me believe Gray has already been on board and loaded the dynamite in Atlantis. Now with Ares/Kookaburra tied abeam to Atlantis, Gray can sink both boats with one bang. The only possibility of this not happening is Bridget's express directions to do it in deep water. I don't think the marina fits that category. Thanks for the chapter CJ I'm still conflicted about if I should be mad at you or not about the comment of all Steve's being evil. I am now plotting with Shadowgod on how to ensure you are the first 3 consecutive winner of the King of Evil Cliffhanger Award

Circumnavigation (99+38) Manipulating The Beast
wildone replied to C James's topic in C James Fan Club's Topics
Well it is Thanksgiving long weekend up here, so we are all dreaming of Turkey right now -
A few questions have come to mind; Will CJ's Dad allow Corey to keep trouble when he moves into the apartment building he owns? Also, Clinton has told Corey that he won't stop being friends when CJ comes back but he didn't say that he would do anything to stop CJ either I see conflict ahead

I realized I haven't commented yet this week Thanks for the chapter CJ Don't believe I have anything else to add this week -
I too applaud Cruz. I guess I agree with the comparison to Robinson, the only thing that maybe Cruz has that Robinson didn't have, was maybe 1000's of people telling him 'Good Job' and he did the right thing. I'm sure even in the boxing community there will be ones who will publicly applaud him. Not to say that Robinson didn't have the same but I imagine they kept silent for their own safety. Either way, hopefully in a hundred years they look back and say that he was one of the courageous firsts in a major sport to come out while still on top of their game

I would definitely not call you a 'hater' for that post Anyone who has invested their time in, what is it? 240 chapters must enjoy the story enough to continue reading. What I will say is that you just taking the time to express how you feel, I am pretty sure CJ will appreciate it. You didn't rant on him, you actually gave him constructive feedback about the cliffhangers and the amount of detail. It is nothing that CJ hasn't been told before, and actually embraced and used as he has continued. If you want to know to the littlest detail how to build a nuclear bomb, then read some of CJ's earlier stuff. He takes the feedback and does implement in his future writing. To tell the truth, I am pessimistic too about finishing this in 5 chapters. The thing is, I know and most people know the goat can't count . Remember, this was supposed to be a 30 chapter story The only thing I will ask about your comments is the signing in thing. After the initial setup of an account, I don't find it bothersome at all to type in my Username and Password in under a couple of seconds. Maybe I don't understand what the big hassle is I do know others have brought this up too. If you want, you can PM me with that answer and I'll see if I can either help you, or get some answers for you. Over the years I have had numerous conversations with CJ about when my comments and what my feelings are about what he is writing. Both in the Forum as well as the PM system. If you do think that they all have me on the 'love train' singing my praises for CJ, then let me correct you I give CJ constructive feedback when he deserves it in my opinion. The funny thing is, CJ is equally grateful for the constructive feedback as he is with the complimentary feedback. He just craves feedback. If you can phrase it like you did above, don't ever be afraid to post something in his topic or in a PM to him. No, you are not a 'hater'. I respect you for taking the time to put together a thoughtful post that doesn't follow the rest of the herd.

Circumnavigation (99+37) Complete Success
wildone replied to C James's topic in C James Fan Club's Topics
Well, this chapter is full of cliffhanger's. I was going to say that TV series usually give a doozy of them at the end or a season and make us hang for the new season premier (NCIS anyone?), but nothing compares to what the boys are facing. Heck, not just the boys, but Joel and Lisa and indirectly I have a feeling that the Blakes AND Officer Gonzales lives are all in danger. Who has CJ left out? Well I guess Bridget and anyone associated with her are in danger too, but who really cares about them I guess the most immediate concern is will Trevor and Shane ever make it to Sydney -
Thanks for all the BDay wishes If you could see the smile that they bring to my face

Okay, so I waited a day before I decided to do anything on this topic. Now I will... This topic is closed. Hopefully those of you that feel you got it off your chest that we moved a topic that WAS controversial and political with ten posts, might also want to take a good look at the Rules. I think a few of you can read what is being said here. Thanks to those that tried to keep the topic unpolitical or trying to tell me and others that we don't have a clue what we are doing. Duly noted Edit to add: For anyone who can't see the Soapbox or chooses not to go to the soapbox, anytime this topic comes up, as in the most recent moved topic, it quickly digresses into a political debate. The last topic quickly became about the separation of politicians and business. Not much different than perhaps the separation of church and state. Since this topic always seems to end up in the political realm, that is why it was moved. This topic, due to the efforts of some did not become that but unfortunately only became a place to complain about the previous movement of the topic. Please understand we are not closing discussion, we just want to direct it to the proper forum. This topic has been flagged as violating site rules and has been closed. This is an automated message
