Not that I'm any further along than the rest of the readers, but I think we're getting to the point in the story where CJ likes to throw in a little misdirection at us.
Speaking as a member of CJ's team, I had told him that if he won the award for 2011, he could write all the cliffhangers he wanted to in 2012 and not worry about being winning the award for 2012.
Here's something for you to read while we wait for the next chapter.
This is a true story. I told CJ a few weeks ago when returning a chapter, that there isn't a day that goes by that I don't think about him. On my daily drive back home from work, I take an alternate route just to miss six traffic lights. It's a slower drive. On this route is a home with a pen in the back yard with probably a dozen goats.
Sometimes these goats are out of their pen and grazing in the yard. I've always been worried that they'd be in the road and a couple of times recently, a couple of them have been in the field across the road grazing on the grass of a Turf Farm and I've had to slow down and stop for them to cross the road. And both times, it was one of the two black goats I waited on.
CJ's response was that I should stop and see if any of them need an editor.
For those of you who are looking, yes, the chapter was posted. Something happened to the Site causing some problems.
CJ did post the chapter and he started the discussion. Unfortunately, CJ will have to repost the chapter.
The last couple of times the County changed out our computers at work, the left us with the CRT moniters which are probably at least six years old now.
There have been several get togethers, a few were official as some were attended by members of the Admin team. There's also been a few get togethers that members hosted.
The last get together on the east coast was almost four years ago when Trebs and Dan were in the area attending the festivities. That was held in January.
Since that event there was talk started about doing one on the east coast, but no one could agree where to have it, NYC, Philly, or DC.
Now that the nominations and voting for the 2011 Readers Choice Awards is behind us, it's time to recognize the teams, and others, that made it possible.
Authors, now's the time to mention the team that works with you.
As the Writer Support Team Lead, I'd like to say thank you to the rest of the team for their hard work.

With the nominations and the elections over, CJ is now free to write as many cliffhangers as he wants to in 2012. He is ineligible to be nominated for the 2012 Readers Choice Awards. He's now serving his second term as KING.
The category of King/Queen of Cliffhangers was added in 2008 for 2007's awards. The winners list is as follows.
2007: C James
2008: C James
2009: Mark Arbour
2010: C James
As you can see, CJ won the first two years and was ineligible for nomination the third year. He then became eligible again for the fourth year.
One of two things can happen.
1. IF CJ wins the category for 2011, he will not be eligible for 2012 due to the rule that this category can only be won two years in a row by the same candidate.
2. IF CJ loses the 2011, he will be eligilbe for 2012.
I'm not campaigning for any of the candiates, I'm just stating the facts.
