Althought CJ didn't leave us with a cliffhanger concerning Brand and Chase, I think he's left us a bit fo one with The Scar. I mean, what's he got planned that could put the bomb into storage for 10 years. It sounds more like his plans are long range instead of the assumed present. Jan

    I voted no. It hurts no matter the gender of the other person. My ex started dating a girl he worked with. I knew something was up when he started running around with her and her twin sister. Trust me when I say it got quite ugly between us for awhile. I can say that he and I remain friends to this day. Jan

    What about a title for misdirection. I know of an author who's become the Master of Misdirections with his stories. He talks you some place, then, BAM, send you off somewhere else. Jan

    Have you thought about having the power supply checked to see if it's working? If both are seven years old, then they have probably outlived their usefullness and both should be changed. Have you thought about buying a new laptop? Like most everything else, they've come down in price over the years. You could then donate your old one. Most place will refurbish them before it's given to someone. Just something to think about. Jan

    Not that I'm defending anyone for using lyrics in a story, but sometimes they fit. I usually scan ahead of them myself. But in the case of Nick, he used the lyrics to Time In A Bottle in his story by the same name. As I was reading them, I could hear Jim Crose singing them in my head. Jan

    Sorry to hear about your water heater. And like you said, it could have been a lot worse. And don't forget, you still feel some of that jet lag, too. Just think what we could have/would have, done if we didn't like you so much. Jan

    Since my normal daily routine has been a bit different this week, off Thursday and working different hours on Friday, I didn't spend anytime online while at work. Add into that, that I haven't spent much time online during the evenings also. Plus, remember that BeaStKid is gone for six days so that will cut done on the posting, too. Jan

    When it comes to snow in my corner of Southeastern Pa, we don't see any until after Christmas. So if I want to see snow for the holiday, I'll see it back in Indiana when I go back to see family and friends. I think it was three years ago that eight inches fell on Christmas Eve and then got bitterly cold. What ever will we do without the multiple posts by BeaStKid? What ever will we do without him for six days? We do have one saving grace tho, CJ IS DUE BACK IN THE COUNTRY TOMORROW! Have fun and good luck Beastie.
