  1. Busy organizing and cleaning my barn and garage, and getting ready for winter.
  2. Hello, friend! Great to hear from you again. I know all about life getting in the way. We don't know exactly when Link and Moss fell in love with each other, but I suspect it wasn't long after they met. It's a shame that gay folk need courage at all just to be themselves, or show themselves, but it is still a reality for many, especially now when rights are in peril once again. In my head too, Grandpa didn't die... he left, possibly driven out by a bitter, hateful woman, but like you, I believe his life only got better. There's a story there... Thanks for supporting this little offering. it feels good to post something new. Cheers... Gary....

    Chapter 1

Oh, goodness! Wouldn't it be nice if love was always this easy. Or... maybe not. I do believe in love at first sight... and I'm a hopeless romantic. This was charming, sweet, and hopeful. Thanks, Chris.
  7. Toronto Blue Jays could win the world series tonight. I'm a nervous wreck. Got my covid and flu shots today.
  8. Now that's true love.

    Chapter 42

The house sounds like perfection, and they have settled in. I could use a steak and a swim. Thanks, Albert.
  10. What makes you think I don't already have one?
  11. Why... are they crowding yours?
  12. An unusual, creepy, amusing offering with heart. Read this... it has a bit of everything and you won't be disappointed. Cheers!

    Chapter 1

At first some of this went over my head, but to my surprise, I think I got the gist of everything. I guess I've absorbed a lot about computer processes over these past years. I was hooked once Nyx had that reaction to the screen. I believe cats sometimes get what we miss... paws in different worlds so to speak. A fascinating take on the theme, I got curiouser and curiouser as it became clear this had a paranormal flavor, all while unlikely romance weaved throughout. It added humanity to the scientific, and you balanced that beautifully. I was rooting for the ghost to find her peace. I also enjoyed the mostly subtle humor. Thanks for this, Myr. Cheers!
  14. G'day, Bucket Man.
  15. That's amazing, Chris! I've only reviewed 161, but I am always surprised when I see readers (authors especially) who have none or one or two on their avatar info. To each their own and I respect personal choice, but I have left reviews on every antho story read so far. Personally, I believe authors should support each other in the anthologies. It's a great opportunity to interact with other authors we might not have a relationship with. Just my opinion for what it's worth.
