    Chapter 1

I love a story with current social commentary subtly or not so subtly contained within. Religion is a cudgel used to control, and has been since time began. The premise of this challenges the reader... what would we do in Jordan's position? I know what I would do with that vial.... Thanks for this, author. You took me on a journey, most of it cerebral, and while complicated, it was well told. Cheers! G
  6. I can always count of Cookie. And the veranda cats who prowl around me, curious as to why I am standing still and looking up. Yeah, I am defying ghosts each day I hang around. I am sipping from my blue mug at this very moment. Cheers to you, Adi, and thank you for finding and commenting on this one.

    Prologue

    Count me intrigued... very intrigued.

    Chapter 1

I did enjoy it. I had no plans to ever write a shifter story either, but the daredevil freaky part of my brain had other ideas, rather grandiose ones I thought I could never pull off. I remember writing a few chapters of Morningstar, thinking this will never fly and that I'd bitten off way more than I can chew, but the freak insisted I keep going. Sometimes the freak in us knows best.
  9. A captivating tale, unique and well told. I recommend reading it. Cheers.

    Chapter 1

It took me a while to become a shifter fan, but now I am, and I definitely loved this one. The concept is unique and the writing excellent. You did a great job of introducing Wolf to the reader... it always rang true. Well done, Kbois. Cheers!
  11. This story is for dog lovers... well... anyone really. It touched my heart, as it will yours. Cheers!

    Chapter 1

To anyone who has ever lost a dog, you will feel this story. I confess it caused some tears, but it is not a sad tale. It is about the love, loyalty, and joy a dog can bring to fill out our lives. Well done, author. Cheers! G
  13. A fascinating take on the hereafter. Check it out! Cheers!

    Chapter 1

Fascinating, Carl. Sounds like the bureaucrats in the afterlife are the same as the ones on earth. At least the dog is having fun. The beach was the right choice. I knew that husband was cheating. Thanks for this. Gary

    Chapter 37

Hey, Albert! The numbers make no sense at all. I read two, four, six, eighteen, thirty million etc. Sorry, but I thought you should be aware. At any rate, they all had a very successful night. Cheers!
  16. Excellent tale! I recommend you read this well written story about compassion and morality, or the absence of it. Cheers!

    Deeper Dive

Excellent story, very intriguing, Aaron. The last line was disturbing, but there is no way they would kill him until they had the location of Patrick... which is probably worse than death. I'd like to think Manny has a chance of protecting Patrick, but the odds against that are overwhelming. Chilling, but very well written. You made me care. Cheers! G
  18. What fun! Everyone should read this. You might question the author's sanity, but you'll enjoy it.

    Chapter 1

We are amused. Tres funny, author. I even guffawed a couple of times, but now I'm suspicious of my plants. I might move them to another room. Creative, unique, and well written. Thanks for this. Cheers! Gary
