    I’m doing good. Just had a piece of blueberry cream pie as the last treat of the season - back to eating sensibly tomorrow.

    Okay, so you can't see the brightness of the colours in a photo, but this is what the lights look (there are two of them and I really don't know how they work) like shining on the living room windows. My parents like them because they're easier than putting up string lights. @Hunter Thomson Hi! *waves*I hope your evening is going well.

    I was just outside to take picture of the house lights, which I will post shortly. It is still incredibly mild outside - no coat, just a cardigan over my T and it was quite nice out.

    That’s what the ceiling of the bedroom I’m sleeping looks like with the Christmas projection lights my Dad has set up on the front lawn. They’re red and green and are projected up onto the house like a sheet. On the bedroom and living room ceilings where the projection ends they look like stars.

    Cool! Now don’t be like me and forget the protective film on the button panel is supposed to be removed. Years later, when it started to bubble, I thought there was something wrong. Oops...

    I was just outside a few minutes ago, and it’s still very mild temps.

    Just outside to take in the blue and green bins post pick up. Thought I’d be chilled because I’m wearing a t-shirt, but nope, not chilled one bit. Its 12C/54F. If it was sunny, it would be a gorgeous day. Oh wells, it’s not cold, so that’s something.

    Good night everyone.... Went for a walk earlier and now my right shin is trying to murder me, so I’m going to make it an early night. It just laughed at the drugs I threw its way. *sigh*

    Misunderstandings do happen when we post back and forth rather than speaking face to face. All we can is keep the dialogue open and honest until the air is clear. BB, I hope hope when you say your leaving that you mean just for now and not for always. Your presence in the DiC is always appreciated and welcome.

    Thanks for explaining things, Mike. I myself have thoughts on the subject based on too many news reports I’ve read, but I’m not going to get into all that. Having a niece and nephew who are American does give this subject more meaning for me. Give tim a hug from me, will you please? I know you will, but look out for him, okay? to you, too.

    I’m really sorry to hear that, tim. I didn’t mean to rain on your parade, but I’m pretty sure I did trying to be cautious, but maybe going overboard is what I did. What you shared with us was important. I’ll see you when you get back, which will be when it suits you.

    Thanks, I’m not sure I knew what the individual letters meant, but I did kind of understand what they meant. I think though, I thought - you know, in my younger days - snafu was actually a word and not an anagram.
