    You think like I do, Def. Going to the US is international travel for Canadians, but heck, my brother on the west coast of Canada feels more like a foreigner than the one who lives in New England, which feels like visiting your neighbour. I get what you’re saying, though.

    I don’t think that’s the case if you’re entering from Canada as I wasn’t asked in August last year, but it’s maybe it’s changed now? My parents are going to the US to spend American Thanksgiving with my brother and his family, so I’ll ask my mom if they get asked that question. Then again, would US Customs think to ask people who are in their 80s?

    It was rainy to start the day, but now it’s cleared up, but 80 km (50 m) winds are supposed to start this afternoon and last through the evening. Good thing, I don’t where hats.

    @Mikiesboy Funny thing you cooking with chinese eggplant this week, because for the first time ever, eggplant is on my PC points list. I was just at Loblaws and they do sell chinese eggplant. Going to look for some ideas online, so I can make something myself. And, this time, I really will follow up on my musings rather than just thinking or talking about doing it.

    Exactly, right molly! I wandered about, and found the kitchen. So, now I’ve got my coffee and I’m sitting here in the new Family Room with a lovely view to the garden. Going to put my feet up for awhile and read. 🤗

    Correct on both counts, A. Some of the condos in that area - there are quite a few now - have great lake or city views. Also, it’s very walkable for most anything you can think of. Heck, one of the condos I read about recently had views right into the Rogers Centre, so if the dome was open you could watch a Jays game - if you used binoculars, that is lol
