We will always "worry" because we care about you and want only the best for you. As for purging? Go right ahead if that is what helps you.
You have such a way with words, tim, always getting to the heart of the matter so clear that we can see it, too.
PS: I like that you can see your Angel for what he is - a smart and wise man who knows what he's talking about.
As always, tim, nicely done.
Damn, I hate when misunderstandings mess things up!
Now, please, please, please have Maris give Officer Kells what for, for hurting her best bud and brother will you please?
Course, I do understand where Kells is coming from, but still...
Found this story while I was roaming around Awesome Dude. I’m glad it’s posted here, so I can leave a comment.
This story is both bittersweet and sweet.
Bittersweet because Alan is left alone after a longstanding partnership with Eric with only his memories and momentos of their shared life together - it was a wonderful life of that I have no doubt,
Sweet because of the newness of Colin and Jake’s budding relationship - the descriptions of those two make me smile.
I like the “shared” birthdays and what happened with the ring - both Alan’s giving it to Jake and Eric’s prodding him to do so.
All in all, this is a really lovely story.
I don’t use an Excel spreadsheet -- thought about it, but it’s not my style - but I do have all the chapters of every book saved as Word files. I rely on my memory, which lucky me is very good, and being able to search the Word files quickly when I’m looking to verify something.
I saw the headline of the rescue - already having read about them missing - but it was cut off by an ad. I was afraid to look, because I "knew" what it was going to say. Boy, was I ever thrilled to have been wrong! Amazing and wonderful news it is.
No need to hide
I have your back
I will catch you when you fall
Together, we will stand strong
Trust me
Letting my thoughts flow, that is what I hear in these words
Nicely done, Mac
tim, I know you are good and thoughtful and caring of others and that is something to be celebrated.
As Mac said, we are our own worst critics. Maybe that’s not such a bad thing because it keeps us humble and grounded. Having said that, critics don’t always get things right, so take what your inner critic says with the proverbial grain of salt.
I don’t mean to belittle poor Josh’s feelings, but I think my face hurts from smiling and laughing so much, First the MCAT debacle, and then the encounters with Officer Goodbody.
Oh, and did I mention how much I liked that twink barista getting snubbed by Officer Goodbody?
Great start, Starry! 🤗
I don’t go to many movies at the theatre, but I usually watch some of the credits. This is one I stayed to the end. Nice reward for doing so, I’d say. 😛
