I love my Bissel Powerclean Ion Pet (though I don’t have a pet) because the filter is so easy to clean compared to filters of old. Vacuuming used to be the one chore I hated the most, but not anymore.

It was snowing for a bit then it got windy in the home stretch. Home now with chicken and potato samosa’s in the oven for dinner.

Nothing but wind here, so I’m going for a walk while the gettings good.

Knowing how conscientious you are with regard to the food Mike can/should eat, this new way of cooking will be second nature in no time. I am quite sure of that!

I actually did comment about something that hadn’t happened yet, but luckily, my “holy crap!” moment wasn’t discovered by anyone else before I realized what I’d done and could destroy the evidence. Made me leery of commenting, that did.

Going to be waiting a bit longer for the adaptation, because I decided to go with cream cheese this first time around. The only change I’m making this time is semi-sweet chocolate chips (already have those in the cupboard) instead of bittersweet chocolate chips.

I’m going to making these! Sasha’s Lemon cheesecake squares came to mind. I wonder if you could substitute cream cheese for ricotta as he did?
