I am also happy that you said this. Craig likes to give me a lot of credit for my help, but working with him on his story has been a wonderful experience for me. Each chapter I read makes me feel closer to the beautiful people in the story. Thanks, Anton.

I do hope Caleb can take Huntington down. Whatever happens, it's going to take planning. I think that will start when Sebastian reviews the information brought back by Caleb. I hope they can determine where Asa is being kept. I do wonder if Asa and Caleb can mind speak with Asa imprisoned in the room/building or if that is somehow blocked. One thing I do think Caleb should do is see if he can use his new powers to create offensive weapons to use against Huntington and maybe some tools needed to help Asa escape.

I like your thinking @weinerdog! It fits what Enya and Sebastien were saying about Huntington trying to gain homecourt advantage. Huntington did capture the more skilled Asa, but I think he may have underestimated Caleb.

Leonard has arrived, but he does need to relax. That will happen as he gets to know Greg better and forms a bond with him. The discussion was a great way to learn more about the political and social structure of vampire society and Greg's current place in it. The accident was surprising but also shows the support Greg is getting from those around him. His friends deeply care and show their concern and loyalty to Greg. The hospital rules are strict but aggravated me because they are so inflexible. I am glad Greg was able to use his ability to get around this situation.

Crispy Pork is in many Thai dishes. It's pork belly with the skin still on it. It is deep-fried to be served as a snack or ingredient in another dish. The fat gets puffy, and the skin is extremely hard.

I have to make many trips to the kitchen for snacks as I edit for Man. I also had the same reactions to the two scenes you mentioned. Since Craig likes to keep us riding an emotional rollercoaster, I advise a trip to the store to stock up on snacks and tissues.

Hi @JohnnyC! I knew I should have left the answer to the master. I did like your comment and agree that Charlie probably does feel like he has won the lottery after all the money problems he has faced after his mom died. I think Harry also will benefit from his talk with Stacy. If he gets to meet some of his son's friends, he will probably learn about a part of his son's life he didn't know before.

Hey Gary, You are very right about Craig's ability to pull at the heartstrings. No spoiler, but there's one scene in one of the next few chapters that had me crying the first several times I read it. I still get misty-eyed after reading the chapter at least 15-20 times now. I'm glad you like the family. Their loving and funny bantering adds a lot of fun to the story.

It's difficult for me to understand how an educated professional can act like this. I haven't had a doctor act like this, but I personally know a very powerful lawyer in the US who is exactly like this. His fundamentalist views often override his social skills.
