    Chapter 14

    It's coming!

    Chapter 14

Yes this chapter was rock bottom for both Wyatt and Bryan. It's been a week and both are feeling lost and hopeless.

    Chapter 14

hehe, yeah, no brain tumors in the future .

    Chapter 14

hehe, yeah, it might have. I think Bryan's obliviousness makes everything all the more frustrating, along with Carol's fake comfort.

    Chapter 14

hehe, this is definitely one of those stories where everyone wants to yell at Bryan to 'see' what's going on around him.

    Chapter 14

Yes, this chapter was definitely the rock bottom for both Bryan and Wyatt. I'm glad I was able to get across their despair and desolation. And yeah, Carol isn't looking any better in anyone's eyes--and never will...

    Chapter 14

I know many of my stories are hard to read. I tend to weave a lot of emotional abuse and angst into them, and I hope, that the characters are compelling enough that it does affect the reader (if they didn't, then I would feel I wasn't doing a good job). But I promise it will all be coming to a head soon! Thanks for hanging in there!

    Chapter 14

hehe, yeah, I thought that little lying statement would be rather ironic. And yeah, she probably would pass a lie detector test.

Thank you! I'm so glad you enjoy my stories and I hope to keep you coming back for more!
  10. Chapter 15 "Sarah, it's Saturday morning. Why are you here so early?" "Because you need me to take care of you." "You really don't have to be here every second you're off work," Bryan said as he forced a smile, leaning on the edge of the door. "See? I'm up. I'm dressed. I ate... something." Although he couldn't remember what it was. The petite red-head gave him a stern look as she pushed passed him through the door. "Yeah, yeah, I'm sure. What was it—a cracker?" "No," he snapped b

    Chapter 1

This is certainly just the first step. Colt will have his work cut out for him trying to break down Ryan's walls. I'm glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for reading and reviewing!

    Chapter 1

Thank you, I'm glad you liked Ryan and Colt!

    Chapter 1

Thank you! It was also my first foray into the first-person POV. I thought I'd try it out on a short story just to see what it was like. I'm so glad you enjoyed it. Thank you!

    Chapter 1

I think there would definitely be some tough times ahead. Ryan has been on his own a while, and he would have a hard time letting his guard down enough to totally trust anyone for a while. Thanks so much for reading and reviewing!

    Chapter 1

I would love to be able to do that too . I'm not sure if I'll revisit them yet--but it would be interesting to start from this point where Colt picks up Ryan and moves forward. So glad you liked it. Thank you.

    Chapter 1

Thank you. I'm not sure yet if I'd do more with this one. It has the basis, but I have a couple others rattling around in my brain right now.

    Chapter 1

hehe, yeah, it does seem that way. So glad you liked it. Thank you.

    Chapter 1

Thank You so much! I'm so glad you enjoyed it. It was also my first time trying first-person POV, so I'm glad it worked well.
  22. I loved the image of Chris looking out for him, being there for him, until he found someone real enough to care for.
  23. *sniff* awww, that was so moving,a mix of the sadness of his death with the joy of being reunited with both his loves. Bravo
  24. Love the small snippets into her life. Just those little bits tell so much of the pain she went through growing up in the wrong body. Great job.
