Oh wow, even better than usual! Darion dying was an unexpected twist, and I really like it! Hopefully Jezebel's next Alex might be glaring at Carlin, but he didn't attack him, so he's got doubts that it was Carlin at the very least. Killing with poison doesn't seem much like Carlin, and there's a power-hungry poisoner who was in the kitchens earlier; it shouldn't be too hard for him to figure out who it was, even if Luca doesn't speak up. Absolutely perfect chapter, can't wait for the next one!

damn, I'm almost glad I haven't been able to read 'till now . At least this way I don't have to deal with that cliffhanger for long! Awesome chapter, I really like Jezebel as a plot element... as a person, I hope terrible things happen to her

What a cute chapter Teddy was so happy to hear it! I agree with Scary; it definitely leaves you craving more, but I think that's a good thing. I'm excited already for next Wednesday!

So Carlin (I don't care what his name is, I like Carlin better ) is high enough up to help form an alliance! Considering he also has ties to the most powerful family in Nabius - probably in the world, too - he can do far more good than just curbing the Di Coteau family's power . I'm glad he came clean with Alex, too; I don't think Alex will do anything too rash, and now there's (hopefully) no more lies between them. Absolutely amazing chapter!

I hope Luca survives this, 'cause Ysabel will probably let him live if he does she seems unpredictable like that, at least. Awesome chapter, can't wait to find out more about Carlin and if he's high enough in Tomacian society to make an alliance like the name suggests!

Alex has been being downplayed by his father already, so this is probably just the same for Talia. The Di Coteaus are extremely powerful already, so they're probably just trying not to stand out until they're in the right position to take over everything, or at least that's my guess. Awesome chapter, although I feel bad for Carlin 'cause he'll have to wait longer for Alex to come to bed now . Can't wait for the next one!

Hmm, Luca's free just as Alex is looking for people he can trust... hopefully they can help eachother out! What happened to Jack was horrible, but he never could have survived in Nabius anyway. Luca, at least, seems to have the potential to make it. Interesting chapter, thanks for writing!

Congrats! Soon you'll be out of the mod queue I doubt anyone will mind the slower chapters, one a day was crazy (in a good way), and it's impressive that you kept it up for so long . Absolutely amazing chapter, and good luck with the cute guy

Ron, it's an amazing story if you can get past the depravity of some of the characters I hope it's easier with a bit of time, 'cause you'll love the story if you can read it! Oh, I forgot about the What No One Sees prompts, those would be awesome! It'd be cool to see Matt and Avery again every once in a while, and it'd be nice to see Erin too!

Awesome chapter! The training was amazingly written, and that kiss was even better! Carlin and Alex are so good for each other, I love it . Maybe Luca will find something like that eventually, too
