  15. Jarrah honey is awesome but I might be biased there. We have mass produced blended brands but there has been an explosion of super localized honeys. Each with their own favour. There is one brand that sells honey by the postcode, so you can buy honey from a particular suburb branded with postcode on the label.

  20. It was a good day, hot but good. In weird Christmas weather news, some parts of the eastern states had the wettest Christmas on record and even a white Christmas. Hail covering front yards - that counts doesn’t it? Hail is just lumpy snow, right? I hope you had a good one Now chilling on Boxing Day eating crumpets with local honey
  21. Enjoy the rest of the day
  22. What a long day It started with a birthday celebration for my nephew including as much birthday party stuff as we could fit in. Then ice cream cake for breakfast Christmas lunch was prawns, cold meats, garden salad, watermelon salad, potato salad and guacamole. Then some Christmas pudding, custard and ice cream. For dinner, we had homemade sausage rolls in puff pastry. We added chutney to the mince mix and it was great. Spares have gone into the freezer There are plenty of leftovers for tomorrow - maybe prawn wraps for lunch? Some watermelon to snack on?
  23. It is also a countdown for his 18th birthday so that may be playing a big part in his renewed interest in the Santa tracker
