This is a very dynamic tale about life in a peaceful rural small town which is suddenly overwhelmed by railroad agents who will not stop their attempts to gather property rights ethically or not. The local population is determined to protect their properties and their families no matter the cost. Hang on to your hat as this will take you on a bumpy inspired trip that will scare you, have you cheering, cause you to cry and lead to exclamations of pure joy! I highly recommend this book! 👏😃❤️

This was an exciting book that kept me riveted from the first few lines until this beautiful ending. Merrickville is a peaceful place to live until trouble shows up, then they all work together to face and eliminate the threats and return to their quiet lives. Andrew is suffering due to Will leaving, he has two teens who are traumatized and need help. Andrew decides to help the boys in how to pick up the pieces of their lives. Once the law betrays a boy in his care which shatters his belief in the law and justice, Andrew takes on a cast of criminals who have tormented the community for more than 40 years. A battle is waged over the hate group and drug dealers whether they will retain control. Allies are recruited and plans are made to stop the horrors that have haunted the community. You will genuinely enjoy this story which is filled with twists and turns as well as quite a few surprises. This fills in a lot of gaps in the relationships amongst the families history’s.

Thank you for this nail biting, terrifying, thrilling, touching, sobbing, and hysterical ending to this book, The election results were incredibly slow causing near panic. Then the results were released in a torrent of blue making Will President. Then a look at Joe Biden granting a full irrevocable pardon for Andrew. The reunion of Andrew, Will, Jacob, Tommy and Ned brought tears to my eyes and a whole lot of tissues needed. Then West getting the news that they are pregnant with triplets made me laugh uncontrollably. You have a true gift that we your readers are incredibly lucky that we get to share. You certainly have me hooked and I cannot wait to read all of the stories you hinted at. I am truly impressed. 👏❤️😃

Bravo Indeed! This book is a critical look into how Merrickville was settled by refugees from the U.S. It tells a tale of incredible bravery, incredible fortitude, and incredible determination. The never give up attitude along with the ability to always outmaneuver their enemies, even when said enemies thought that they won, allowed the persecuted, bullied, and downtrodden to emerge triumphantly. This is an exciting conclusion to the trilogy, filled with intrigue, political betrayal, and the dangerous beliefs of a megalomaniac that he can do whatever he wants to accomplish his goals. You will be on the edge of your seat throughout this book. I emphatically recommend reading this book! ❤️😃

I absolutely love the changes you made to the original story. This chapter sealed the fate of Canada being forcefully added to the USA as the 51st state under occupation. Forcing the former Prime Minister to become the Governor is a slap in the face for all Canadian citizens along with an ever expanding number of U.S. citizens who are angry about the unjustified war. I was thrilled when El Coyote assisted Andrew after he killed Silas Abernathy and assisted his escape utilizing the Acheron. I am curious about the Commonwealth and NATO’s responses in next book. Thank you for this amazingly action packed trilogy filled with complicated intrigue and plenty of twists and turns. I am awaiting the next book. ❤️😃

WOW! That was the most intense book yet👏 This battle of will’s between The Order and the Sovereign nation of Canada. The surprise is that Donald J. Trump is behind everything. The fact that the Prime Minister’s husband has been captured by the United States and being held hostage is all that he needs to begin a fight against tyranny. Will can cut off power and water, dairy products and so much more. He can also invoke the mutual aid clause of the commonwealth constitution which includes Great Britain, Australia, New Zealand and Canada. He can also invoke mutual aid from the NATO countries. A righteous angry William Carter could lead to outright war to retrieve his husband and family members. Mr. Trump is an idiot who has crossed a line that could lead to NATO requiring him to resign and face trial for human rights violations. I really am looking forward to the next book. Thank you! ❤️😃

I liked that Veronica was working a drive thru fast food window, the ultimate humiliation when Zayn and River were picking up a burger meal.

Wow! The ending of this book was surprising, firstly El Coyote comforting his devastated son through the apparent loss of his first love Brian, secondly Andrew Carter appearing in Brian’s holding cell with a “deal” which is blackmail by CSIS to get him to roll over on Alex and his father, by threatening to destroy his family and friends. This is a side of Andrew we have not seen before. He comes across as ruthless and a bit evil to accomplish his mission to get El Coyote. I don’t particularly care for this side of Andrew. I cannot wait for book two to appear. Thank you for sharing this amazingly complex story and your usual very developed characters. ❤️😃
