More on all of that is revealed later. Glad they've been entertaining thus far.

These are the counterbalance of the other two, very mentally emotive, unsure what to do when that organ pumping blood runs the show. 😂 Let's hope they hear you.

The Khonsu stone is very compelling. The two of them are also very physically affectionate people, so when their bodies are practically acting on their own, they heed that. 😂 Yes, of course Roux wouldn't forget Iris. We will see.

January was balls deep in Pax, who in turn was thrusting into Mateo, whose mouth was occupied with Elias's shaft, when his phone vibrated on the nightstand. “I'll… get it,” Eli said. He was straddling Mat's head, but facing Pax, so that he had full access to Mat's body. He was also the closest to the nightstand and didn't have to reach far to grab the device. The omega held still to keep from choking Mat, whose mouth was still wrapped around him. He quickly unlocked the phone with th

3/6/2026 Update: I'm going to miss my boss, but she is still doing everything in her power to support me while job hunting herself. What a shitshow. It's nice to know almost every supervisor from other departments is concerned about losing me to the point of conspiring together for me. Then again, it's deja vu for me because the same has happened in almost every workplace I've had. When other coworkers leave, no one says or does much. The moment they realize I'm leaving, almost every coworker pays a visit with parting gifts and tears. 😂 So while the stress of instability until a new work position is secured and I can pay rent is going to live beneath my skin for the next 3 months, it still is nice to feel that level of appreciated.

Yeah, I'm just not exactly chomping at the bit to go through 100 just to find those 10. That, and 100 people are out after the same jobs I'm applying for, so even if they do exist, I might get beaten to the punch. I won't feel like this forever, but until I lose myself in the new Pokopia game tonight at 9pm, I'm just going to wallow in this depression for a while longer.

I worked all through the pandemic, too, and I carried a whole department for months (a five-person job). You'd think that'd show I can handle just about anything, but no, if I can't actually articulate these things without tipping it too "over the top" where I end up sounding like I'm bragging instead of advocating for myself, it's all moot. It's all moot. 😢

3/5/2026 Update: Why can't I ever be paid a livable wage? I get paid barely more than an intern or new graduate on over 20 years working experience with a Bachelor's. All I want is to pay rent, medical expenses, dental expenses, and still have some money left over to not eat microplastic as food. That's all I ask, and yet my resume can never speak for itself. No, I have to also have the charm, confidence, and charisma (aren't those all the same things?) to bullshit my way through an interview (if they don't take one look at my Native American skin and just decide I'm an illegal alien or applied to the wrong position because Hispanics are only mean to have janitorial jobs). This is what happens when I have only a few months left in a contract that will no longer renew and I can't afford therapy.

Chapter 7: The Promise Mark Roux was sprawled across Jay’s dark sheets, chest heaving, limbs tangled with his mate’s. Sweat slicked his skin, nerves still tingling from Jay’s touch. The scent of sex lingered, cinnamon, caramel, raspberry, and pink dogwood. As Roux caught his breath, he noticed Jay’s fingers tracing something on his chest, deliberate and questioning. “What the hell?” Jay sat up fast, eyes wide. “Roux, there’s something on me.” Roux shifted to see what caught Jay’s

Aaaaaaah, no, Cassie, we need that organ to keep functioning! Well, that and the one between our ears, I imagine.

In case anyone was curious, the movie was Predator Badlands, which was very entertaining. Highly recommended:

2/23/2026 Update: It was my nasal spray (fluticasone) that was the problem this whole time. Well, that along with my shitty liver. I am still trying to wrap my head around how my nasal spray nearly immobilized my calves, but they told me to stop using it, and as soon as I stopped, the swelling began to go down. In completely unrelated news, I just learned something incredibly odd about myself. Artificial, ridiculously soft, fluffy things are like drugs to the palms of my hands. 😶🌫️In particular, these hilarious "labubu" bunny rip-offs that I plan to get in every color of the rainbow and hand to each of my overstressed coworkers:

We'll see. Those guys are flabbergasted. Those twins are so stuck right now. 😅
-
At least a typical vampire as they behave in this series, not quite as put together as the image they like to present. 🤣
-
Yep. That's what's happening on that side.

Clash: Also a song by the fictional group The Misfits from the 80s Jem and the Holograms cartoon show:

The nursery was filled with the cheerful sounds of children playing when Hazeth and Winter arrived for their weekly visit. Gregory, now a tall young man with dandelion-yellow eyes, looked up from where he was helping a small child tie their shoes. His mate, Magda, her rainbow curls pulled back with a practical ribbon, waved from across the room where she was reading to a group of eager listeners. "King Winter! King Hazeth!" Magda called out warmly, her single visible eye bright with welcome

2/17/2026 Update: So, I kind of busted both my left and right leg tendons (and yes I spoke to @CassieQ, girl saved my life the first 3 days). I am prickly with pain, but I refuse to take pain killers until night time. I have also lost all patience with people. Zero patience. Patience has packed up and is currently enjoying a vacation in Puerto Rico, which I envy so hard right now... I also miss hammocks. Just all the hammocks.

Valentine’s Vows and Vanishing Acts
Thirdly commented on BendtedWreath's story chapter in Valentine’s Vows and Vanishing Acts

The twin bond is more "their special unicorn genetics" bound, not something Quin can hop skip into, I'm afraid. And I'd pay money to see you try to talk sense into Angelo. 😂

I'm a little late on this, but that article you shared helped create this: https://gayauthors.org/story/thirdly/tastebud-clarity/1

Agreed. Sorry, Angelo. 🤣

Chapter 5: Feeling Heard “Hi.” Quin’s thoughts slipped into Iris’s mind, clear and bright, where there had been only static. The simple “hi” startled Iris so badly that he scrambled onto all four hooves, ignoring the sharp protest from his healing flank. His golden eyes went wide. If he could hear someone else, then maybe they could hear him. Angelo’s sea-green hair whipped around as he spun to glare at Quin, his sandy-green gradated eyes flashing with concern and irritation. “Wha
