    Oh ~squeeee!~ Warm Fuzzies! This is literary candy in a box. I love Comsie's stuff anyway, but this one was particularly good, especially for a flash fiction. A beginning, a middle, and an end, tied up with a happy little ironic bow! Yum!

    Poor Jimmy. I wish Jimmy LaPlane could have met my Jimmy McVee from my Snowflake story. Jimmy McVee would have healed Jimmy LaPlane's heart up and tied it with a bow. He's the complete opposite of Jimmy LaPlane. Happy, funloving, forgiving, selfless, and, most importantly, a survivor. Jimmy LaPlane could use all these traits.

    It was his passing gift to me as was his embracing of my ‘chosen family’ in my new gayborhood. I lost him in January. We parted this life on good terms. No regrets. Would that my Dad could become a model for all parents. Life is too precious to waste on doing things you will regret one day. LOL! It’s so-o true! Everyone I mean EVERYONE knew what I was before I did. Actually, in truth, before I could admit it to myself.

    Thank you again, Kitten. I generally do ‘Brandon’ updates in sets of three entries after I finish updates to ‘Souvenir’ and ‘Snowflake’. I table updates for the three stories like ‘Snowflake’, ‘Brandon’, ‘Souvenir’. When I finish one story I can move on to finishing another one I have. In the meantime, if you would like something from ‘Brandon’ to read, ‘Souvenir’ is a ‘prequel’ to Brandon Smiling. It is a period piece so the language might be a little different, but it is an intensely romantic story. I’ll be posting an update to that as soon as I finish it. It’s my next update for this round.

    Same Same. I did get to tell my Dad and, bless him, he reacted just like this mom did. I was 44 years old when I finally came Out officially. No matter how old you get, it will always be hard. I hope one day it won't have to be hard at all. I have a feeling that day is coming soon.

    May 26 I just don’t understand this guy! What the hell does SAM care about who I go out with? I don’t even know the guy at all! What? Does he think one awkward talk in the ‘Good Eats’ food court entitles him to the intimate details of my life? He’s the one that set me off on this course with Marie this weekend to begin with!
