it is blessedly cool here today.. and last night too .. i am sick, have been for a couple of days. But it was good to be able to sleep last night. Have a mild sore throat and congestion.. feel like I've been hit by a truck though.. i'm just doing very little hoping this goes away soon... have a good day folks.

The weather network says... 'unusual September heat' .. yeah no kidding, it's the crap we didn't get in August... but yeah we're under extreme heat warnings here too. Like lots of places when i looked at the map. The kitchen must be a horror show in this heat.. drink lots .. that goes for everyone. Drink before you feel thirsty! Hi Wiyot. i went to see him. i was ninety-nine percent sure how he'd be, and i was right. But it was still the right thing for me to do. i didn't forgive him, but i had to go and give him a chance in order to be right with myself. i hope that makes sense. i guess you could do that, but i like the stir stick idea too. We'll give that a whirl, so to speak! He told me that after he stopped drinking and making chocolate with peppermint schnapps. Which sounds kinda good too. lol i don't drink much anymore either, it affects my moods and interferes with meds.. it's not worth it. Now and again i get a small glass of wine.

Michael always says, His favourite times of year are spring and autumn. Summer is just too hot and this weekend it going to be horrible here. We are hiding at home. i don't want to see the electricity bill.. : ( i'm glad you're going to be home, that's great. i hope you have a good time.

i had a cup of hot chocolate, it was very nice. i noticed they sell a candy cane version ... i resisted that..lol

i don't drink much coffee anymore and sometimes don't want tea, so hot chocolate in the morning would be nice sometimes... hot or cold outside.. doesnt matter. i am looking forward to enjoying a snowstorm. Usually, i couldn't watch them because i had to work.. but now i can just sit and do that if i want to...

Chat department is open 7 days a week, 364 days a year. Only closed on Christmas Day. But i bet that'll change.

Oh we've been going to no frills since metro has been on strike.. it's much better. i think metro has lost our business.. anyway i remember what you said about president choice hot chocolate. Dan said buy some for yourself. i said, no, Michael can't... Dan said, Michael is not going to begrudge a mug of hot chocolate, nor will he give in and have it. you are up before He is usually, or He is out the door for work. Get the hot chocolate powder and enjoy it. So, i did. lol

Yes..lol. Friday rather than Saturday. It's rather muggy here. Dan and i went for a walk before setting off to the doc and shopping.. worked up a sweat. lol Been a long time since i've done that. Dan is a slave driver, frankly. lol
