That's so cool. i've been watching a lot about horses on youtube... especially one guy named Steve Young... it's rather amazing how horses minds work. i'm sure you know but it's interesting to me. The thing about headaches... yeah i get them as well and yeah, getting up and moving and especially getting outside can really help. Dan and i walk nearly everyday and i just generally feel better. Maybe your horse knew what would help your daughter ... weirder things have happened. Thanks for sharing! Made me smile this morning!

Hey, my friend ... being replaced by computers and other forms of AI. Yeah. i left work a few months ago for personal reasons; however, i made that choice, and then our customer service team was told that more of our job would be handed over to a bot. i got out just in time. So, yeah, i think you're correct. Many of our jobs will be handled by AI. More and more, we're seeing what too much tech is causing. Loneliness, for example. Too many people don't interact with others in person; we text and email, but we don't socialize much anymore, or too many don't. That's bad for our mental and physical health. Humans have a history of ignoring the oncoming freight train. We have some great tools at our disposal, and we should use them, BUT we cannot let it replace us or our work and all that makes us human.

Hey all ...

I hope all the Thanksgivingers survived and enjoyed their lovely meals. Dan and i cooked. We made spaghetti sauce cuz we had leftover chicken that we needed to use. That's dinner today and we made shepherd's pie for dinner last night and baked some bran and raisin muffins for breakfast today. Today we will go shopping and clean up, i guess. Hope you all enjoy your Friday.

Yeah, it's so easy to do. i've learned my lesson with that also. If the doc says to rest 10 days, then just do as you're told.
