Happy Thursday!

That's really cool! Best of luck with the contest, rick!

i'm doing okay. i hope you are too ... you know you can always reach out to me or Michael .. or others in the DiC if you need to be heard ... people will listen if it helps But yes, not being able to trust yourself/being afraid of yourself, is so hard and knowing that others can't trust you for your own safety, is weird too. i think our lifestyle helps me because I'm used to putting myself in other's hands. So, when Michael and Dan say, no knives without one of us there, it's easier for me to accept. Easier but still hard. Anyway, I'm seeing the shrink, listening to Michael and Dan. Hanging in there. You keep hanging in there too xoxxo

THANK YOU! Especially for #2. However, it was because I loved the characters that i stopped writing them. I knew what would happen if i kept on because to keep writing means there HAS to be a story. And these guys would age, and i would have to write the inevitable; they didn't deserve that. The two previous parts I wrote didn't deserve it either. Readers did ask for more, but it was time to say goodbye. It was hard to do that, but they are still there. I go back and visit now and again. Thanks for another great article.

That is just so so so weird.

i don't think i really mentioned it much here. Michael did i think in His blog. But thank you. It's really nice.

Dan is our husband, not legally of course. He's been with us for.. geez i don't even know now. Around a year maybe? Time just passes these days.. we're happy together.
-
I like my kitchen in the apartment mostly. That is until two other giants come to 'help' me. And in my world, one does not threaten one's Sir with a frying pan..LOL Actually, Dan is a good cook and we work well together making things. Michael just enjoys what we make. Which is nice. Your kitchen sounds like it's set up well.

We have moved to Dan's house for the summer.. but i brought my little garden with me. Wow, it is so nice being in a house.. it's quiet mostly. i hope they decide to make this a permanent thing. i can run around in the kitchen!!! My little garden is growing happily in the window in part of the kitchen ... i used it to spice up the spaghetti sauce i made for dinner.

The snake had a more positive attitude than you did! Aw, seriously, though i hope things get better before Friday.

Go, Chris!

It was eye-opening, for sure. So many people said, Oh, you're his son-in-law, he told us so much about you. i didn't know half of them. There were no church or funeral home services. Michael's mom had him cremated several days after he passed, and then it was a month later the celebration took place. It was a little sad because he wasn't there, but mostly it was full of joy and laughter and memories. It was just how he'd wanted things. i think it was a good way. Thanks, k. xo

Thanks, chris. It was a lovely day so many amazing people there. xo
-
i met so many i'd never met before. It was wonderful celebration though it was sad as well. Thanks, Parker. xo

He was a wonderful man. i feel lucky to have had him in my life. Thanks, Wayne. xo

Peace Peace With blessed kindness, it settles onto all present His life was full Of love, joy and laughter Of no regrets And I awaken today lighter in that knowledge Having seen him through the eyes Of friends and family, Many of them strangers to me He had been in life So much more than I ever knew And he is missed and will be From the hearts of several generations For some time to come Rest in peace,

Sounds like plans to me. i didn't do much today nor will i tomorrow, Sunday is Michael's dad's celebration and I'm off on Monday. Oddly i'd booked this Sunday and Monday off months ago.. i don't usually book Sunday's off.. weird. i would like to write but it's proving hard. I'm working on the queens size blanket I'm making for the nephew for Christmas.. there's a lot left to do.
