Is this good or bad? I never got the whole Hump day thing ... too much longing for Friday. I preferred Thursday when I worked Monday to Friday. But I liked Wednesday when Thursday was my Friday, so to speak. Anyway, don't waste your days wishing they'd go by faster. We only have a finite number of them. That said, I do know why we do that sometimes. It's usually because our fellow man is torturing or annoying us. Let's not think about that too much, either. Maybe we should ban thinking altogether! Happy Tuesday! We have been riddled with power failures over the last couple of days, and we had another this morning already. Anyway, I'm here now to leave you this advice. It sounds good to me.

We have this fantastic little indoor grill. I cook bacon on it. It cooks it nice and slow, and the fat drips into the pan underneath. It's also great for burgers and stuff. We've used it a lot. It comes apart, and all of it except the plug can be washed or put in the dishwasher.

Well, it is Monday. I hope you're all having a good one. We got up early, went for breakfast, and then did our walk in the mall, which is cooler. This one is a bit odd. I rather think you have to wake up to make your dreams a reality, but hey, what do I know?

Part of it is perverted, horrible, and depraved. You should try living it. I did. But out of many horrible beginnings comes goodness for some of us lucky ones. You're free to judge all you like. If you don't like the story, which isn't even at its halfway mark, you're free to not read further. Andrew said he's no better than Black. People do all sorts of things for a story. Look at news and war photographers, who do nothing but record what is in front of them. They justify that by saying it's their job—the same as Andy's father is doing. Andrew knows what he's done, and now he has to pay for it. And you do pay. I am still paying even though I was a victim. You pay for this shit forever. So, if you would rather not be exposed to this, please don't read it. I'd rather you didn't. I don't put details in because most people can't handle the truth.

I don't eat a lot of chocolate, but a while ago, my Husband promised me a Crunchie Bar. I loved them once upon a time. It took him a while to find one, but he did. I'm grateful to Him, but it seems in the world of chocolate bars, they are now candy bars, and it tasted, well, like crap. That brown coating is no longer chocolate and not worth eating. Thank you, Gary L. Your comments are insightful. It's true these things are still happening. We should keep our eyes open but also know that, as with Andrew, it's not our fault. If you have suspicions about possible abuse or trafficking, you may want to report them, but otherwise, you also have a life to live. I don't want this story to bring people down or make them sad. It's a story of bravery and love. But like good chocolates, we need to get through the outside to find the delicious centre. Hang in there. xo

There are too many 'experts' around. I totally blame the internet and social media for nearly everything except global warming. But I admit I could be wrong about that. I hope you told him to back off and that opinions are only valuable when asked for. Grrr.

Camboys, phone sex, standing on a street corner ... all forms of prostitution. In whatever way sex is for sale; there are people who will pay for it. All of those who provide it, whether they do so because they say they choose to or if they are forced to, are victims. It affects you in negative ways, maybe on different levels, but it does. Each person you 'service' takes something from you that you never get back. Selling yourself is precisely that, tiny parts of your self-respect and your soul at a time. Robert is right; those boys would have been sold whether Andrew had been there or not. But he was there, and there's a cost for that.

It is dark but also a necessity. The world Kanaan lives in, does not accept being gay or fetishes. He has the wealth to hide and indulge those secrets. But don't despair.
