Well that and that Mikulsa and Terpin don't get along that well. I do wonder how they are going to accomplish the retrieval of the other ship, as well as the condition of the crew. Hopefully they are alive and relatively unharmed. I am kind of wondering now if there was already a fight going between two groups of Bzup-kind. That would also be a reason for the attack on the Chregar. If they had thought the vessel was being controlled like the orx.

I'm honestly wondering how long Bzup was on the hull of the ship. From the little bread crumbs being dropped I'm guessing there are 2-3 groups of Bzups kind. One stuck with sea creatures, one stuck with land creatures. Was Bzup from the land side, or did the sea side split into 2 groups? If the theory that was brought up about long term flooding is correct about their homeworld, then some would be already adapted to water and some to land. I've tossed out the idea of them being a hidden native species. If they were native there would be other animals with similar adaptability. Well that and most of the animals would be amphibians.

I mean humans are dang good at using 27 pages to say either yes, no, or maybe. Bureaucrats, courts, and politicians need to learn there is a world with out triplicate, red tape, and carbon copies. I'm definitely impressed with how intense this story has gotten with almost no actual action.

The only thing that scares me (asides from herbivores) is snakes. Herbivores are just way to skittish to handle easily. Then I just can't tell how a snake is gonna behave or move when I encounter it. Creeps me the bejeezus out that I can't predict their behavior.

Hmmmmm. Cougars or sharks ... hmmm .... omg, if you have frilled lizards or flying dragons in your back yard ..... wtf is wrong with me? Totally terrified of the herbivores, but totally let me try and run around with the predators.
