  1. His glitter nukes might be top of the line, but the targeting system is an old one that was decommissioned following the Roswell Incident.
  2. I've never been to a nude beach, either....unless you count my brother-in-law and his boyfriend, kayaking in the nude at the Sand Dunes National Lakeshore.
  3. Doing well, thanks. The restaurant is closed for some annual maintenance and upgrades until Friday, so I pretty much have the whole week off.
  4. You misspelled "delusions and blatant lies".
  5. Yes, claiming that you nuked a city in Michigan without launch codes IS fake news!
  6. Did you, though? My reports say otherwise.
  7. And yet, I have the codes in my hands!
  8. Under your mattress? Tsk, tsk. You really should be more creative with your hiding place.
  9. I had my secret agent steal both sets of codes, just to be safe.
  10. *confiscates the launch codes to the nukes*
  11. A peace treaty between France and Britain, I believe.
  12. @clochette The answer to one of the questions on Jeopardy! was "Amiens"!
  13. How I imagine 12-year-old Drew must have sounded.
  14. Or Romeo and Giuliano.
  15. October 21st is National Frog Day in the US.
  16. Except more brains.
  17. To be fair, I can understand Max's outrage. $218,000 for a 40+ year old set of footwear? Ridiculous!
  18. Eeeewww!! Someone bought Steve Jobs' old Birkenstocks at an auction! You can still see the impressions of his feet on the soles! Seriously, who buys a pair of nasty, smelly sandals at an auction?! Even if they did belong to Mr. Jobs. Max was laughing about it, until the announcer on TV mentioned how much money was spent on the purchase. Then he got mad. He yelled, "That could've helped a lot of homeless people have Thanksgiving!!" I swear, they broke the mold when they made this kiddo.
  19. Hey, Drewbear!
  20. Well, I definitely took that chance. A few times, and it took a couple tries before I found Mr. Right, my husband, Morgan. We met not long after I joined GayAuthors, and we got married about a year after that. We've been married for five years, and now we took another leap and adopted a kid, so I'd say the reward definitely outweighed the risk!
  21. I hope the extra sleep helped your recovery. Hey, Terry! It's actually not too cold yet; still tolerable. For now.
  22. Hey, Cassie! How are you?
