  1. In 8th grade, there were two boys (I think they were cousins) whose family didn't have much money. They wore hand-me-downs from an older brother. They didn't wear underpants on Fridays, as that was usually laundry day. The warm-up in gym class was...interesting.
  2. Likewise. At least nowadays, clothing styles have changed, so you don't have to worry about accidentally flashing the "bits" to everyone.
  3. Hey! That's only one chapter! The other chapters talk about finances, communicating with your spouse, empowering your friends and coworkers, etc...it's meant to be a self-help guide for lots of situations, not just sex.
  4. @clochette Drew and Spike can go at it all night.
  5. If your comment was so innocent, why did you use the 'whistling' emoji?
  6. It's Drew we're talking about. "Justification" isn't in his vocabulary.
  7. And here's the recipe for the calzone, if anybody was curious. https://www.simplystacie.net/meat-calzone/
  8. Yep, here's the recipe. https://www.closetcooking.com/sticky-honey-sriracha-chicken-bites/
  9. I can make a fresh batch and send them to you guys by jet bird.
  10. Tonight's request from Max: sausage and pepperoni calzone, to which Colton happily agreed.
  11. My second son? Max's younger brother? Don't know how anyone could've missed that.
  12. The leftover chicken went into Colton's lunch pack for school. After reheating the chicken in the cafeteria microwave, one of Colton's friends asked to try a piece. Now, apparently the kid has asked Colton for the recipe.
  13. Oh, yeah, seasons are reversed in the Upside-down. I almost forgot.
  14. That would possibly be a Max request, not Colton.
  15. For dinner tonight, Colton requested "something Chinese", so this is what I came up with: Honey-sriracha chicken.
  16. Feeling a bit nostalgic this morning. This is the song Morgan and I played for our wedding.
  17. Neither Truth or Time are on your side.
  18. @Bucket1 Sounds exactly like the kind of BS Drew likes to pull.
  19. I've been recovering from surgery, so haven't had much to do except read for almost a week. Morgan takes the kids to school in the morning, and Uncle Mickey brings them home in the afternoon. My stamina is feeling better today, so I'm making pork chops and Boulangeré potatoes for dinner.
  20. My eyes are green, actually. And I'll have you know that, under normal circumstances, I love bacon and egg sandwiches. My body rejected the food that one time because I was grievously ill.
  21. I still fondly remember the stories of your outings with Thistle. Charleston was quite possibly his favorite place on Earth.
  22. Hard to believe Mason Ramsey is that tall already.
