Yeah, things are good, so far. Mickey and Remy went to the beach at Clinch Park, and they made a new friend. This cute little guy, maybe seven years old, asked them for help building a sand castle, and they were happy to oblige. He had curly brown hair and freckles. His name is Rory, and he was ever-so-polite, I'm told. Mickey even exchanged phone numbers with the family, so they could keep in touch.
Oh, boy! Kilting stories, kilting stories! Afternoon, Dugh and Thistle. *scratches for Thistle* Give my regards to Mum.
Hey, Drewdrop.
Hey, Xander, Dennis, Jordan, and Ash! Hope everyone is having fun. Speaking of islands, we might be going to the Thousand Islands region for our vacation this year!
Okay. There is an abnormally large spider under the media center. Would it be an appropriate use of 9-1-1 to ask for pest removal if you can't positively identify the species?
Morgan and I are doing well. We're getting ready to watch a movie on Netflix. Mickey is watching with us, but Remi is at home tonight with his family. As for the nephews, Deirdre hasn't been around since last weekend. No news about them, but I might call her tomorrow.
Afternoon, Dugh and Thistle. *scratches Thistle behind the ears* Glad Mum made it back home safely. And I look forward to the kilting stories.
Hey, Gary.
I spent $100 on a pair of Converse shoes not too long ago. Most expensive single purchase I ever made, but it was worth it. The shoes are AWESOME!
Saw them featured on Desmond is Amazing's Instagram, and I was like, "OMG, I want those!" So I bought a pair.
OMG! Planter's Peanuts came up with a pair of shoes called "Crunch Force 1"! Dear Lord, those things are uuuuuuugly! And they cost $170! As my Grandpa would've said, "I wouldn't wear those shoes to a shit fling!"
No, that was deliberate. It's scientifically proven that salt (or salty food) makes your tastebuds more sensitive to sweet foods. Haven't you ever eaten caramels with salt sprinkled on top?
Hey, Dugh, Mum, and Thistle. *scratches for Thistle*
Hey, Clo. We get plenty of strawberries at the farmer's market. Jam is delicious with cheddar-rosemary scones.
No mosquitoes here so far, despite the unusually wet season. Guess we lucked out.
Poor Gary. *gentle hugs* Hope you feel better soon.
