Hey, Lacey! Glad to have you back, sweetie. Ugh, dentists are evil! D'aaaawww! Cute. I had a couple of buddies named Danny and Lachlan when I was growing up. They lived directly across the road from my family. I still hear from them sometimes. Danny is almost 23, and Lachlan is...20, I think? It really has been a while.

Good choice! Nope. I'm making a list of things I want to do this Spring. Have Mickey's tree house installed in the ground, for one thing. Plan a new garden, build a bonfire pit for the summer...that kind of stuff. Were they, when you checked on the barn?

I made grilled steak skewers with chimichurri sauce, and roasted chili-lime corn salad. We don't have fresh corn, so I drained some canned corn, squeezed it dry, and then roasted it under the broiler.
