Yep, I agree. Any stranger paying attention to our heroes in this story bears watching. Jordan taking a last spin about the city before trading in the bike isn't going to help, either. Opportunities for trouble abound here! The pending trip sounds interesting. I'm sure it will be.

You're definitely not alone in the way you feel, buddy. Everyone has been having a taste of chaos lately. It's not a flavor we're used to at all, even though we've thought things were difficult at times before. This one involves everyone on the planet. I know some of the idiots among us have been getting the air time. But most people are doing their best to work together. There are a lot of people out there putting their health in jeopardy to protect others. There are a lot of people out there working hard to solve these problems. It's going to get done, because human beings don't give up. We hate to lose. There is no reason to waste any energy worrying about those that think this is just one more political game. Their days are numbered. They are not the ones that are going to solve this problem. We are. Um...sorry about the soap box. I thought you could use a good, heartfelt rah rah.

Wow. Sounds like a difficult week. Just getting it all out there as organized thought (as you've done so well) is dealing with the issues, so you're doing better than you seem to think. Eloquence is one sign of sanity, remember.

I haven't been getting the email notices that someone has commented. Sorry for the delay in responding. The closet figures prominently in all of this, as you have guessed. But that's all I can say without letting the plot out of the closet.

It's easy to be blinded at that age. I remember being a little dazed myself back then. The Basilica is real, and the tour very interesting. The organ is especially impressive.
