It looks like the Captain is going be trying some docking maneuvers with Granger then! I wonder if Travers will get in on the act now the Captain knows they are together. Bertie turning up when he has just looks like an added complication, I can see him causing George all sorts of problems down the road! That man, I feel, has a real nasty streak. I agree, loads of humour in this chapter. Thanks tiger.

The hype is ridiculous. That 'makeover' wasn't real either, all done on a computer as to what she could look like if she had surgery etc.

That's easy to answer, girls buy into the image & the look. Cute guys sell records, as a cute actor will sell a movie. Lets face it, they have no real musical ability! Besides the star they were flying on, here at least, is plummeting downwards. So, Susan Boyle.....mmm....no comment!

Am all out of cherries for this one, but will make sure I'm born again soon! Great chapter, JP always seems to be in the thick of the action. Had an inkling when I saw the date that the coup was coming up, but wasn't sure 'til it happened. I just don't understand why JP seems to be pushing Marcel away, he should be enjoying the remaining time not putting his defenses up. But i guess that's just the way he's always been, needs a kick up the ass. It was also good of Marcel to get his brother that computer, they cost a lot of money back then, mind you, he has plenty. I remember the 486....makes me feel old!

You took the words right outta my mouth! Is this some king of record, 2 chapters & no cliffhanger? Mmmmm, he's up to something...could be a doozy on it's way. I was wondering why it was taking them so long to wonder if Scar had a mole on-board, surely that's one of the first things you would think of. Still have a feeling he will make his move in the next chapter.
