Thank you for this story about loss and recovery. It’s hard when you lose someone who is next to your heart. The hole that is left in your own fills in at it’s own pace. The ending was perfect.

So much that I would say has been noted already, so I'll just say is that I smile, then hold my breathe whenever Step shows up. It's a sign that things are going to get wild. Great chapter that had me laughing out loud.

I started the series all over so I can remember things as they are referenced in this new addition to the saga. They're great, well-written stories, so I'm perfectly fine with that. And this one starts off with a bang.

I heard the word termagant in high school in connection with Kate in ‘The Taming of the Shrew’. I’m not Shakespearean, but it seems the word appears in the play. There was no license to Karen back then, so the rare times such behavior happened in public, there was just a lot of people muttering ‘What a bitch!’ -
Great chapter! It's going to be fun following this new bend in the narrative of 'Bluebloods'.

I've read this story up through this chapter twice, but the last time was about a year ago. I'm willing to read through it again to get grounded if the author starts the story up again.
