  1. Gay Authors requires all members to keep an accurate age range listed in their profile due to the huge age range of people on the site. Gay Authors has members from their early teens into their eighties. In order to be safe for our younger members, we require all members to keep their age available to staff. This helps ensure the staff can protect minors.
  2. Okay. I'll look into this over the weekend.
  3. There was a minor update to stories on Sunday. But it shouldn't have done anything with titles. I'll ask someone with apple stuff to look into it.
  4. A few things Gary... Did the italics disappear when you pasted or when you saved (submitted) the chapter? What browser were you using? What Operating System? What were you pasting from? (Word? Google docs? Something else?) and (Which version?) The problem we have with "it didn't work", which we get all the time in support requests, is that there is an insane number of combinations of software and some combinations just don't work. To troubleshoot, we need the details.

    Tag Search

The advanced search has been fixed about 15 times. It works for awhile and then coughs a hairball. Further, it is only certain combinations that don't work. I'll alert the programmer. There is also interference between the "Filter" "sort" and custom searches.

    hide age

Age is required of members for liability reasons. We have members from age 13 to people in their 80's. The whole community is involved in keeping people's behaviors acceptable. This is especially true for our minors.

    CSR?

    CSR Testing the acronym expander.
  8. So, I have this on PC and I bought it again on Xbox One because I'm an achievement hound. It was definitely good in the old school Baldur's Gate style game.

    Bug Report: Blogs

There was an issue that got corrected during the software upgrade and the rebuild process. It seems to be working now.

    Switched On

An excellent short story with a unique point of view. It definitely captures the impact of puberty on the mind. lol
  11. This story is okay, but it is probably the lightest of the "Nifty Era" stories from Comicality. Rereading it now, years later, shows us all just how far Comsie has come as an author. Definitely worth reading for those that like reading an author's entire body of work.
  12. This is a cute little story, but definitely in the "early Nifty" era of Comsie's writing.

    Goon

This is another great sci-fi story from dkstories that has some deep characterizations, sex, plot, and political intrigue. Well worth reading.
  14. This is a great conclusion to dkstorie's version of Year 6 and Year 7 for Harry Potter. It wraps up with a surprise twist going all the way back to the start of dkstorie's two book series. Well worth the read, but remember to read Harry Potter and the Sword of Gryffindor first!
  15. I've read a lot of Harry Potter stories and this one is right near the top for Harry embracing his Slytherin side. This is a great part one of a two book series that puts dkstories spin on Years 6 and 7 for Harry Potter. If you like Harry Potter and want to see a more politically astute Harry, this story is for you.

    Clubs

People are discussing health issues, including weight loss support in there. It is closed to give some privacy and to increase commitment. You have to ask to come in or be invited versus just casually driving by. That may or may not change as we further develope it.

    Nope.
  18. Um. yeah! Sign me up baby!
  19. Okay. I've been able to produce the error and I've reported it.
  20. This should be working now. Please give it a shot.
  21. I can't reproduce this in any of my browsers.
  22. These should be back.
  23. Well... since I have the top of the line 4k TV already and my xbox one can realllllllllly chug at times, I think the upgrade is worth it but to each their own
  24. Yes. Of course any code can be changed. But then you need a couple of things: Knowing which code to change. Maintaining that changed code through each update to the software. As we have limited staff time and limited budget, we focus on the important things. As we've covered more than once, this is not something we are doing.
  25. I can confirm there is a bug here and that I have reported it.
