I read each chapter with excitement, but also a sense of dread knowing the breakup is coming. Until then, I’m going to enjoy the ride lol

But which of the two will be the one to have loved and lost…..both Cash and Blake deserve happiness, and Jackson would be a prize for either of them. Just knowing one must lose makes me sad.

I’m not even sure how to describe how I feel about this chapter. I always held out hope that Cash would confess his feelings. And after reading the history of Blake, I want him to find happiness. Jackson can’t be the answer to both longings……now I don’t know which one to root for.

His spirit has been broken for so long already, it’s going to take a miracle, or the love of a very special and beautiful young man, to give him the courage trust someone and let them in. I don’t like Noah, but I can kind of see his point. I don’t think he was “emotionally” cheating on Nick, I think he’s a horny teenage gay boy that needed dick. I have no doubt there were some feelings there for the other boy, but I think he was a convenient hook up. I think his heart wasn’t cheating, just his dick. Nick needs to stay away from him and be done, no take-backs! Noah isn’t a good person, and I’m sure this isn’t the only time, or the only person. I’m pretty sure his dick has visited many rooms on campus while dating Nick. So he’s not to be trusted, not to be given a second chance.

Not sure I could stand a Joel/Jonny pairing. I mean, I guess I need to know more about Jonny, what he looks like, etc. I do think Jonny has some interest in Joel…..like the girl you like on the playground and always stealing the bow from her hair. Or later on in life, always stealing the game socks from your crush on the baseball team 😇

I get a sense that Davin may some unrequited feelings for Colt. He sure isn’t a fan of his girlfriend. Seems a bit jealous of her actually. This could get very interesting. im actually really hoping Davin and Joel may have a connection brewing. Joel is going to have to start opening up though, or Davin will interpret it as disinterest. I assume Colt and Gavin know Davin isn’t totally straight (as few actually are to be fair) but I’m really getting curious to know how much they know, and how much Davin has even been willing to divulge to them. I’m kind of assuming a few discrete “moments” may have happened with Colt as curious boys but now Davin is left behind as Colt has headed fast down the trail to straight life haha.

Jonah knows something about Noah, and he’s trying to protect Nicky. The little goblin has a lot of friends, so I’m betting he knows the gossip, and who is hooking up with whom. Something tells me his outburst was based on something he’s not ready to divulge yet.

Colt continues to be an ass. Makes me wonder even more if he already knows the reason and he’s never going to accept Joel living there. Joel has no one else, nor does he have anywhere else to go, so I hope Colt can chill out and come to a peace with him.

I’m guessing Colt has already heard the gossip that Joel is gay and got kicked out. Teenagers have quite a network. Not sure Colt will ever be a fan of him.
