    Way to go Sue! 🥰 while this will definitely be a black eye for Don, Sue may want to have the divorce handles outside of their town, maybe in Toronto. Also, I think that Don is going to have some explaining to do once Sue starts asking questions about Robbie’s account records and why he has not been updated on them since ihe moved in.

    Bill, what else can I say that already has been said. It is a wonderful tale of a Christmas miracle. Even if it isn’t a miracle for the main characters, or maybe it is. Family is everything this time of year and losing loved ones is hard on those who are left behind. A friend, and fellow Author passed away last weekend, leaving his husband devastated, and the rest of us shocked and confused. This story bring hope to my heart that maybe he will be able to find his own miracle. I hope that you have Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Nightauditor

    Way to go Sue! I think it’s time for her to hire a good divorce lawyer who will take Don to the cleaners very publicly. Hopefully the Captain will now be able to go to the CCG and tell the story about the Sailing outing and get The boys to back him up.

    I loved this exchange. “I’m nervous and it got worse when I found out mom is armed.” “Armed? Like with guns?” “What else would she be armed with?” “I don’t know explosives?” “We only use those in emergencies,” Mom said getting in to the SUV.

    If the Boat’s Captain follows Maritime Law then he would be compelled to make a full report to the Canadian Coast Guard about the actions of the Pastor. It may also shed some light on who actually owns the boat and how it was paid for.

    I am wondering what crawled up Don ass, since he was in a bad mood from the start and Robbie only made matters worse. As for the Pastor, I truly believe that he should have an accident out on the lake, or at least he should be met by the OPP for placing 6 or 7 teen in danger by taking them out on the lake when even the Captain he hired told him it was not safe. I am thinking reckless endangerment might be the proper charge.

    Thanks for the chapter. I have to agree that renaming a boat Is very bad juju and will only cause something bad to happen. I know this from personal experience with my own dad. I also think that Matthew will grow a set and call Jo, but it most,likely won’t happen until Symmonds starts on another boy he likes. I have to agree with others that Robbie is beginning to regret his decision not to be more involved with Stephanie’s pregnancy and will want to be part of his son’s life.

    Thank You for the continuing adventure of Robbie. It’s sad that his sessions with Jo are at an end, but maybe he will be able to get Matthew the help he needs and finally get rid of Symmonds for good.

    Ok, I know that this comment comes over 3 years after this chapter was posted, but here is my speculation on Adam and Artie. Everyone says how much they look alike and how they could be father and son, but no one has thought that they actually maybe half brothers. It could be the reason that Adam was kicked out was he threatened his father by saying he was going to he police and reporting him for incest with Artie’s Mom. Then when their mother found out it was her that forced Stephanie out of the house after Artie was born. And they have been trying to cover it up ever since by turning the town against the two of them.

    While I know that this chapter is over 3 years old, it still does not temper my anger at Nate! 😤 If he where to do this in any hospital that I am associated with not only would his ass be fired, but the hospital would have to report him the the state medical board and he would lose his license. 😡 I feel really sorry for both Teddy and Ryder and what could come of Nate’s indiscretion toward’s Ryder’s treatment. 😢

    Jo needs to be told about this then go to OPP to have them investigate not only Symmonds, but the church as well. If they are sending children to Conversation Therapy then they are in Violation of the Canadian Human Right Law. 😡

    While I am concerned about Don finding out about Robbie and Nathan. I have more concern about our overly friendly Reverend and what he plans to do to convince Robbie to change his “lifestyle”.
