Frankly, without tim, there is a good chance I'd be dead, one-legged, or blind. It was he who made me go to the doctor. My sugar was extremely high and without him I would not have gone to the doctor when I did. I just put it off, blaming my symptoms on something else. So, after getting a diagnosis and deciding I had to change. We did, immediately. tim has made this change bearable, and yes pleasurable. His knowledge of food has been a godsend to me.

Oh yes, they are really good muffins.
-
I can even use that thing. I'm a terrible cook.
-
It smells damn good in here!!
-
Feel better, Ashi.
-
Of course, molly. Enjoy...

Evening, Wayne.

Yes, that app. How tim has been handling things has changed a lot. he's happier, often hear him humming or chatting happily to himself. Much less negative self-talk, less frustration. Work's been better too. If you use it, I do believe it can help you. I like that it's on your terms, you can choose what you want to do. That helps too, having control. I'm very glad it's helping, molly.
-
Indeed. How are you doing?
-
I'm doing fine, thanks molly. Keeping out of trouble.
-
I'm sorry to hear that. I'm glad the room has stopped. I've been dealing with chronic dizziness. I rarely drive at the moment because of it. you look after yourself, rick. Rest as much as you can.
-
Have a good rest, chris. Glad you're doing okay.

Usually I'm guaranteed a 20 minute read in here... is everyone all right?
-
This is terrific. Nice job.
-
Yes I can say that.

That's excellent to hear. Subs are expected to behave in certain ways, and being, I'll use the word outspoken, is not one of the preferred ways. It embarrasses you and also your Dom. However, this all happened some time ago and things have been much better since. Thank you , boy.

I understand, but I hope I did not confuse things. To be clear, tim and molly are introverts and they are submissive. However, one does not necessarily go hand-in-hand with the other. There are submissive extroverts just as there are submissive introverts. Being online lets them speak more freely than they likely would in 'real life', however, this has gotten them both in a bit of bother online before. As submissives, introverted or no, they still need to be aware of what they are saying. As an introvert, you yourself are not a sub, yet you feel freer to speak up. That's a great thing. @Reader1810 it is wonderful that our online world has made you more comfortable in approaching others and talking. I think that's brilliant.

It is very good. I'm not an introvert, but I'm also not blind to them. Imagine a boardroom filled only with extroverts, not much would be accomplished. It's important to see each other and smart bosses and companies do understand how both types of people can contribute. Introverts are thinkers, preferring to consider before offering suggestions. @kbois says being online makes it easier to speak out. tim is the same way. molly, also i think. Nothing wrong with that. I don't think introverts should be expected to change or harness their inner extrovert. Do we ask this of extroverts; be quiet and think before you speak? No. We expect people to fit into the same shape boxes. Smart bosses know their people and know best how to get things out of them. They offer choices such as, see me later, or send me an email if you have a suggestion after the meeting. It's fairly simple. Online introverts can more easily offer up idea and suggestions. However, molly and tim can both attest to what can happen if they become a little outspoken ... not always a good thing for anyone. Excellent article, thank you, molly.

I recommend a kitchen timer. That's all we use our Alexa for, that and the weather.

A pleasure. Thank you, Parker.

These things are not relative. Stalking is stalking, whether you are followed physically or someone does so online, via email, social media, your webcam, or home cameras. It also easily moves from online to in person. People have died from both. Their deaths are not relative. Thankfully you have not been hurt physically by your experience. We are not all as strong as you and I. And people deserve to be safe in person and online. We need to be vigilant in all cases. And since recently, something happened online to someone close to me, I chose to write about online safety.

Kitt, while I understand and am glad you are all right, to say cyberstalking is innocuous, is in fact dangerous and incorrect. It's very real and can by extremely upsetting and frightening and in the worst of cases physically/mentally dangerous. Cases are often investigated by the FBI and our federal police, the RCMP. Too many end in suicide. The things that go on, online are not innocuous and for that reason I offered this brief blog. Children are often the easiest victims, made to perform vile things for their puppet masters. How do you stay safe? Do not use your real full name online Make social media account/profiles private Be careful of the pictures you post Do not post personal details, address or phone number Set up email accounts for social media (to use if you forget login info) Block people who make you uncomfortable Use a password manager Tape up your webcam to avoid creepware Trust new contacts, but verify

When did you write this? It is beautiful. As Parker has said, it takes us to the deep and dark places filled with sadness and hopelessness. That is until life/The Fates step in and show us the beauty there is in life and the world. You are right, there is no answer to that universal question. Keep practicing your mindfulness meditation, it can help you. The future we cannot stop and the past we cannot change, but living in the moment helps us to not wonder about tomorrow (unless it's your birthday and you know there will be presents and most especially cake!) and not worry about the mistakes of the past. A truly wonderful piece. Beautiful. Well done.
