  1. Lol.. Aww. I'm not a perfectionist at all. I hardly ever go back over and edit my own stuff (which is probably why my chapters are pretty untidy). Anyway, I would like to rely on a perfectionist editor though. If I were a perfectionist I'd not get anything done since I have so many stories going at once. I'd also drive myself insane. So it's good that I'm not, but it's also good that you want your stories to be up to your standards. Just when you find yourself overdoing it and becomming stressed out about it just read it over one last time and call it quits... and post. lol. There is no need to work yourself that hard. Especially if your feedback is positive. Krista

  9. Well actually after my nap I woke up to find that I had 10 missed calls, BUT there were 3 from my exboyfriend. He was wanting advice for his now relationship, but eh I did call him back. Mostly because he had already called about that earlier... The person below me is in a long distance relationship or is going to be in one shortly.
  10. Well I have a lot of hugging styles for different moods as well... lol. To hug the brats I have to get on my knee so that I'm down on their level then I leg them hug me before I hug them. I'm 6'4 and that's tall for a girl.. lol. So I can't really be the "excited girl" that hugs around the neck of people that are taller than me, because people taller than me are rare here. Anyway so when I meet someone I've known for years I wrap my arms around them and I kiss them on the cheek. This is if I just don't kiss them on the cheek.. lol. I'd rather kiss than hug someone I believe. If it's a family member I just do the friendly arm around the shoulders hug. That's only because we're not that closely bound of a family. To say goodbye to someone that I know I'm not going to see for a long time I squeeze them a bit harder, but it's pretty my the same hug with me. Krista
  11. Yes, I believe so. Krista
  12. Yes I do have to wake up early to pick up my family from the airport. I doubt that I'll be making up for it later though.. lol. Not after my mother's last phone call to me. The person below me likes to indulge themselves with ice cream and watch romantic comedies at least once a week.
  13. Well I think David and Oliver are different people now. I was thinking they were the same, but I've always been flip-flopping between the two ideas. I think with this chapter there are a lot of evidence that supported that David and Oliver were two different people. I could very well flip again when Chapter six comes though. Oliver and David both know the area where Frank lives very well. Since Oliver was changing and their father away I think the person who took the picture was David. I mean if it were an adult I doubt Frank could've taken him down as easily as he did. We don't know if that Jeremy guy would be that bold or even if he can take pictures. If we knew the time it actually takes to drive out away from Frank's house and how long it takes to get across the lake we'd know if it was David or not. Oliver also seemed slightly confused when David appeared at the window as well. Like he was looking at a mirror instead of his brother. There wasn't any reason for David's personality to be showing through in the window scene as well. Atleast we know though that it could be anyone since there is a Photography club now. That Mr. Dron guy.. still confused about him. It could be me, but I feel so many different things while reading this story. When Oliver and Frank were in the living room it was nice. I was disgusted when the Sherrif was described...eew. Troubled when Frank was scared in the forest and confused by the window scene at the end. So there you have it... I'm still confused.. lol.
  14. Happy birthday Black Knight! Krista
  15. Hey Kurt I do think this is a cute story. You can actually do a lot with it. I'm glad you posted it. Krista
  16. Well I live off two hours of sleep. So I get to bed around 2 a.m then wake up around 4. I exercise for an hour then I clean up a few things. Then I take a shower get ready. During school I do my homework that's due.. lol. I'm a terrible student really. Then around 9 a.m I'm off to class. 4 p.m is when my last class ends this semester so I eat dinner as soon as I get home and get it cooked usually around 5 p.m. Then I relax until I go to bed. Anyway that'll probably only change slightly now that I've transferred and I don't have to do any errands or anything for my mother. I'll be in a dorm. I still will only need two hours of sleep though. It's probably not that healthy.. lol but I like long days. Krista Oh - Welcome to GA
  17. Hey Jules! Happy B-day... I hope you have a good one Krista
  18. Yes, I just noticed that too and I've also been wondering. Krista
  19. Lol, Cj - you were a little too slow. - I have no idea if it was before or after his 100th. I am only half dressed at the moment. In my bra and panties. The person below me actually believes Paris Hilton can go a year without sex. - She said it not me.
  20. Well actually I talked to someone about this subject the other day. I would like to see Poetry seperated. It would make it easier to find Poetry on eFiction and instead of the being over looked by the stories a person writes there will be a spot that won't cram everything an author wants shown into one huge posting site. It would probably help in getting people feedback and we all want feedback. I do read poetry occassionally. I used to write it and poetry is inspiring for me to read when I'm having problems with Writer's block. Anyway, I hope to see this project happen. Krista
  21. Hey, I am finally ready to admit that I am a Domaholic. Krista
  22. Hey, I witnessed a something like that with another author I know and I thought that I didn't care about that happening. It really took it happening to me to really I don't know, "bring it home?".. lol. And yes today I have gotten more feedback on ONE chapter than I really have on any other chapter throughout that entire story. I'm still happy about the way it ended and I don't think I have to explain myself not really. I wasn't feeling accomplished after writing at all at first. The motivation I had is also completely gone.. lol. Some people did get what I was trying to do though so at least I know they weren't complaining about actual holes in the story and I'm relieved by that. Thanks Krista
  23. Hey, I just ended a story that's posted on my yahoo group. It's the way I want it ended I decided that days before I even started writing it. It's only been posted on the group for a few hours and a back-lash from my readers has already started (two messages so far) and it's slightly disheartening. It wasn't a happy ending and somtimes people don't like to 'live' with that happening. I also left a lot of questions unexplained, but that was all by choice. Bleh.. I don't think I was actually prepared for it to happen.
