FYI, I have no clue what time I'll be posting tomorrow. The epilogue is ready to go, but I'm in a different time zone and I don't know which driving shift I'll be taking. I did most of the driving today (hubs was having a few hours of practicing his asshole moods- but all is good now. He has a tendency to get cranky on long drives. Part of his ADHD). I can't do that again tomorrow. My joints will be wrecked for the next few days if I do.

Right now it's not liking me very much. We took the dogs for a walk and it's loosened up a.... smidgen. 🤏 At least there's a margarita in my future tomorrow when we get to Kansas. My son wants to go out for Mexican. As long as I don't have to drive... I'm good. How've you been by the way? You've turned into a hermit. Lol.

Well, we survived the first 11 hour leg. Barely. Zekes dog breath is lethal. 11 hours to go tomorrow. It'll be worth it to see my boy though. Way to go on all those turkeys @chris191070 Enjoy your time off @Starrynight22!

Why is it that the only time a physical ailment flares up out of the blue, is right before you have a trip planned??? We have roughly 21-22 hours of being in the car ahead of us starting at 4am tomorrow and even though I just got shots in the hip and both knees a month ago, my hip bursitis has decided to start screaming at me. Erghh. I don't even want to think about the string of profanities that shall pass over my vocal cords if anyone aggravates me while I'm driving. I get a tad cranky when my joints hurt. I will keep my ibuprofen handy and hope for the best.

I hate physically sweating. Mental sweat is just as bad and this story created its fair share. I'm looking forward to your final thoughts! And... many holiday family gatherings deserve a bomb emoji, although yours looks like a firecracker. Also appropriate.

I'm a little iffy on the "well thought out" part. There were plenty of days where I thought "where the hell is this story going?" More than a few panicked IMs to MrsG started out with, "got time to bounce?" (Ideas) I'm so glad you enjoyed it. I'm also glad you've stuck with me since the beginning of Lex's story. 😘

Extended crazy family is more like it. Lol! I've enjoyed having you on the Krew. I hope my head will decide on which of the voices to listen to soon so I can get moving on a new story. I can sympathize with sweltering heat. We had four straight months of "feels like" temps over 110-115F (43-46C). It was a brutal summer with very little rain which was highly unusual. Stay cool and safe!
