When doing early IVF ultrasounds, yes, it is done transvaginally. It’s impossible to see what you need to see via regular ultrasound. Trust me. I have first hand knowledge.

I guess for me, I've always considered slow burns to be stories that take their time unfolding. Showing and not telling events, plots, characters arcs, etc. Although I mainly (exclusively so far) do romance/drama, I think slow burns can touch on almost any genre. Except very short stories. I love reading books that make me use my brain the way 'slow burns' do. Great article. Definitely walking away with a few great points to think on.

I haven't done flashbacks, but the story I'm working on has them and I've been stressing. This was helpful and great timing.

I feel this feedback would have been more constructive during all the previous discussions/voting/idea tossing threads, rather than on the post explaining the final decision.

There are a lot of comments. I will say, I think the comments add some pretty great perspective lol, but it's easy to lose train of thought by the time you finish them lol. NCIS is welcome, but not Gibbs.
