    I'm working on it as we speak. I'm already 1/3 way done. I am traveling tomorrow, but I can work on it at the airport. I'm off Monday AND Tuesday. I feel good about the deadline.

    I'm such a basic bitch. I love the white oak. Any blonde floor that doesn't have orange or yellow undertones. My current floors are pretty light, but definitely more of a natural wood with light browns instead of the white oak look.

    It is so expensive!!! 4x-7x more expensive. It is beautiful though. We did LVP 3 years ago and it has held up great, is waterproof, and we get compliments all the time. We can't refinish it, but it was surprisingly affordable (helps that I got it discounted through my company)

    Asa just transformed into a wolf. A WOLF. Caleb's wolf changed colors and now they match. But no big deal. Let's go heat up some food so we can have more sex.

    I think this is HUGE. He needs this. More importantly, I hope Caleb feels proud of himself. Which I think he does, now that he doesn't have poison turning his mind against himself.

    I really loved everything about this chapter. The beginning of their… courtship? Was pretty tense. Caleb was skeptical and depressed. Now he’s back to (at least mostly) his old self, and they’re mates. You really feel the connect and love. I’m glad they gave themselves over. I’m curious how powerful Asa will be now that he is not just a light shifter but also a wolf. Best wolf pairing by far!

    I think Jessica and Dayna had similarities, but I think Jessica was far more self-aware and understood boundaries. She can be a force, but is also selfless at times. I think Dayna lacked some of Jessica's redeeming qualities. And I agree, without even discussing it, I think the family is in consensus that no one wants to give Gracie the green light to behave like her mother. The best we can do is learn from our mistakes and not repeat toxic cycles!

    I can't control what the kids say. I guess we'll find out when the next chapter drops. You might have to wait until his story to learn more. It's his story to tell, not Kyan's. 😋
