With the help of Jacob and Eli, Benjamin packed all of his possessions. Clothes and some smaller items had been packed and transferred to the house in Haifa. The remainder had been placed in storage. The background operations are as integral to the story as the events happening in the foreground, it's been interesting to write about and I'm happy that you are still enjoying it. It is a complicated and sensitive process, it is also very mentally taxing for Tom. Tom is one of the best at this type of operation and thrives on the types of challenges he faced in Israel, it inspires him to be better. The pups will remain with Aaron and Asher, regardless of what happens, they have chosen each other. Ariel may join Benjamin in the UK in the future if it is possible, otherwise her future will be in Israel with her pups and their charges.

Techsperts, I like that, have you created a new word? They have done a great job for Joseph, but let's not ask how. Benjamin's conversation in the previous chapter was with Jacob, at this point he believes he is the only one who knows the truth and is unaware of Ben's conversation with John. This is where Benjamin comes clean with everybody about his age and his circumstances, previously a few only suspected. I should have made this more clear in the story, sorry.

Benjamin is yet another lost soul who will benefit from Manny's legacy. We don't know yet how he will benefit, but I think it is safe to say he will be looked after as there appears to be no shortage of people who may step forward to protect him and guarantee his future.

Yep, Joseph has a better outlook for the future, as for Benjamin, I guess we have to wait and see. I'd say it's in the lap of the gods but the reality is, it's in the fingers of Tom and the Israeli tech guys.

Yes, it looks like Joseph's future is secure, but as we all know when you sort out one problem another one rears its ugly head (no I'm not saying Benjamin is ugly, so don't misquote me). The pups have their guardian angels in the form of Aaron and Asher, I'm sure they will be well looked after.

Wow, talk about starting a story with an impact! So we have some action, three men are shot, and murdered it's a fact we can believe. And then we have revelations, confessions of love and longing. Unsolicited protection being given and then alibi's being given and believed, but should we believe the alibi's, or the confessions of love or even the declaration of protection being given? Only time will tell, and I'm keeping notes. ✍️

As strong as Kevin is, there are times he is also a bit 'highly strung'. It's a good thing that Ian is there to reign him in. It is possible that Ian thought of kissing Kevin to shut him up, maybe he didn't want to chance having his lips chewed off if he wasn't successful, lol. Manny's do appear to have come through, don't they? I'm guessing their motto is something like, 'Miracles we can perform immediately, the impossible takes just a little longer'. Let's hope it's only a spanner and not the whole toolbox! Can Manny's friends, with Tom's help, do anything? I'm guessing the GIF of Tom's coder dance tells us he likes a challenge.

Benjamin had a good life until the Israeli conflict tore his family apart. Can he be happy again? Is Joseph the catalyst that changes his future prospects? Only time will tell. It is possible to relocate a dog from Israel to the UK, but it's not easy and is time-consuming. There are regulations to follow to avoid the pitfalls.
