The chapter was great but wayyyyy!! to calm makes me shudder what might happen sooner rather then later. The line "A few shifters within the lion’s organization had disappeared, according to Kage’s boss." My first reaction to that was Huntington gave them an assignment ..find a way to deal with Kage. Kage won't let down his guard but these shifters might be very good in their own right also. They might be enough of a threat that Sebastian and co. would need to assist.Wouldn't surprise me if they are watching them from afar they would be smart enough to make sure Kage doesn't detect them.I could see them being there to jump in if the Shifters make a move on them.Or I'm 100% wrong and I just wasted a lot of typing😄 Another line" he and Tyler could turn lighthearted teasing into a nugatory cat fight in a flash." I mentioned earlier Elaine plan wasn't premeditated and as far as the connection to the fair goes that was true but what WAS her intentions? Was she just lonely and wanted some sack time with Len? Doubtful. I'm recalling a confrontation she had with Luke in a previous chapter she said to Luke "You're not going to ruin this" .Ruin what? A possible relationship with Len or her scam she or maybe she and Josh have going.Speaking of Josh remember when he seemed eager to have a quickie with Luke? Perhaps part of the scam to get closer to Luke?

A lot of revealing information here.As far as I know Elaine had no idea about Luke/Leander I don't think that happened yet when Len started seeing Elaine so there was no premeditated plan on Elaine's part. But now that she aware of all the connections God knows what she's thinking is it a coincidence that Elaine hasn't been at the house as much after she found out Luke's connection to Leander? So as of this moment Luke is worried something is wrong but is still unaware of how serious Bear's condition is it sounds like he'll have to visit Bear on his own before he hears from him to find out maybe Bear is planning not to contact him. Forgive me for forgetting but Greenstone is where Puppy is from right? How about a cameo from one of them? That would be cool.
