As usual you are able to express all the thoughts and emotions somebody in Ethan's situation is going though perfectly.Speaking of perfect that YouTube vid about My Only Escape was perfect.If a person who has no idea what the story is about saw that video they will have a good idea after watching it and will want the e-book.

Great stuff.As I was reading this I though about would Geron ever write a fatality among the group? How would that change things in Charlies world and how would the readers react?Then shortly after I thought about that Ricky gets kidnapped in the story and my reaction was that's pretty close to what I was thinking. So they had Soldier Field 200 years before we did?Does that mean they had the NFL also?I apologize for this annoying question I have a tendency to ask but it was mentioned that the defenders are the closet thing they have to a military so how did THEY come up with the name Soldier Field. I know Robin's name is Robin Hood but when Charlie says "My dear Hood" it sounds like a contradiction of terms

Not as much of a cliffy as the the last chapter but still a lot of anticipation to come.My only question ? Is this the time to tell his mother?My guess would be it isn't but if somebody here has a different take I'd be interested to hear it. The fact that Bear called Luke during that tragic moment says a lot. Luke apparently believes upon some reflection that the kisses he got from Taz was more than just being drunk.Luke must have sensed some real feelings from Taz. Good point but them being in our reality for 78 years some live here I'm sure and even started families here so I would think they would have a knowledge of Robin since it is in their interest to be aware of our culture

OK now this is resembling a typical Charlie Boone adventure and the bad guys are the Boojums.Buckle up for a tough ride. Some other thoughts When Ilessa said "People are not terribly bright" I bet she had Jan 6 on her mind.Sounds like the same kind of dynamic happened in their world. The Espero has been here for 78 years and their early history was similar to ours so I have to believe they know the story of Robin Hood do they sense that he there among them? BTW speaking of Robin Hood all the new revised editions of the books about Robin hasn't mentioned he has skwish (Tapping fingers) I'm waiting

OMG an honest to goodness cliffy it could range from something not so bad like he's out in front of the house and Luke is drunk or Bear got hurt.Damn you we'll find our soon luckily you post fast. You know for a very brief moment I thought Taz was going to go there thank God they didn't. That drink that Luke got sent at the restaurant hard not to think the stalker.And if so the stalker saw Bear and got jealous I hope the phone call at the end isn't somehow related to that🤞. Dingle Doris Day??? I have never heard that one before😄 -

What wasn't made clear was these people who made contact are they human with extraordinary abilities or alien or a combination of.While they don't seem like enemies they did mention lives being at stake that normally involves enemies so it will be interesting to find out what's what

Since you went there lets go all in.You can have Elijah and Kage cross paths with Seamus/Matt/Loren and Jay and then have Elijah and Kage kid be at cousin camp.I bet @Mrsgnomie and @kbois can collaborate on a chapter where Elijah and Kage kid is at cousin camp then freaks everybody out when he turns into a sparrow oh what fun

What @drpaladinsaid was on target where are all of Mae friends from church? I also agree that River was the star of the chapter .What he said to ladies was awesome.Also staying with Henry is good of him . In a strange way not only Finn but Herky in his own strange way is perfect for Alec to be around now. Are you going to have a chapter with the service I guess Alec will attend. Will Mae Friends

What would be more horrible in Leander Dad's eye?Dating a gay boy or working for Dan Jacobs? The family business and hierarchy would even made Bear seeing a girl problematic let alone Luke.And the conversation Luke is itching to haven't help but be tense. Boy you sure can't put one over Bear's Dad. When he thought Bear was talking to Jacobs he could see right thru Bear's lies .But then when it was established Bear wasn't speaking to Jacobs he apparently believes.....Milk Lady?????That had me laughing. -
It looks like Charlie and the group have a big time skwish advantage but its never that simple I think their foes for lack of a better word are going to regroup and come back with something more substantial. "You guys are as good as any ten big hunks of skravi," I once used Captain Neema as a credit reference and that's what he told the bank about me....I didn't get approved.

I don't remember if Ty's apartment was described in detail is it large complex or just a small number of apartments? I ask this because if there are a lot of neighbors then all those gun shots will not go unnoticed and that means the cops. How do they explain Kage?(Yes I think it's him despite @kbois misdirection.I can picture her thinking "Oh so these readers think they're so smart" and changing it😄) If the cops see Kage they are going to ask a lot of questions.If Kage shadow shifts and the cops don't see him they will ask Elijah and Ty how they escaped the gun shots both scenarios will be hard to explain so I'm thinking Kage will get them out of Dodge before the cops arrive.

I agree with @scrubber6620that Kage was the one that pinned Elijah and Tyler to ground saving them from the shots. The question now is did Kage just follow them out of habit? Or did Kage or the Boss find out some info that alerted them that there is hit out on Elijah? So eager to find out more on Wednesday I love the dynamic between Elijah and The Williamson family I have to ask in Tyler's family you have Mexican and Italian and in addition to English they speak Spanish and Italian so how did they get the surname Williamson🤔
