Boy do I read slow I was in front of my screen when the notification came up but @drpaladin and @raven1 beat me by a lot and that's even with all that thought drpaladin put in his comment. Elijah is so lucky to have the Williamson family😀 I have to admit I could relate when Elijah saw the frozen package with his moms handwriting .I get reminders like that all the time with my Mom. One last thought after reading the chapter again I found it interesting Luke could find nothing about Ben Flowers being reported missing.Is it possible the Shepards wanted Duke and Leander and even Luke to think they put him in acid? Another reason for a sequel (hint, hint😄)

When I first saw the word prologue I thought "Oh is he starting another story?"😄

Before I comment on the chapter shouldn't the last part be called an epilog? Isn't a prologue before a story starts? Or have I had it all wrong all this time? The one thing I kept waiting for is if Len might have overlooked something like Elaine copying his credit card number or looking at his mail and getting info when he wasn't around but I guess Len covered all bases.He's smarter then me (A fictional story characters that doesn't exist being smarter then me?Yeah that sound about right) So I'm happy things have worked out with Luke and Leander and there is nobody who deserves it more than those two. What I am about to write might be a combination downer and hopeful at the same time. While Duke is doing as good job keeping the family at bay they will still be always something to be wary of.And like it or not Elaine is Leander's mom so I guess there is always a chance she'll show up in their lives again also the half brother Josh. The hopeful part of this? Sounds like a basis for a sequel which we know this author has done🤞.Excellent story

If I'm not mistaken I think this is the first time we see a reaction from Andre over Rafe's body .Don't know what to think about that. So Beau and Toby were also terrified of Halsworth...not a surprise I just knew the chapter was going to end before Rafe sees his first challenge at the try outs.Something to look forward to
