Something about this chapter solidified Scott is one of those rare individuals that have the ability to encourage anyone around them. It happened with the HS football team and, the way things are looking, it's going to happing with the UNIV football team as well. la mia bellissima farfalla.

Kind of amazing when that light comes on and you both feel connected without all the guilt that's been following to this point. Love becomes pure and beautiful between each other.

There's just something about showering with the man you love that is bonding. The intimacy of gently caressing and holding the other is something I'll never tire of. It conveys love in its' purest form without words. ❤️

Such a heartwarming chapter - what relationships are about, give and take. Doesn't surprise me that Brad wanted to go to the same school Scott got his offer from. Ronnie was a bit disappointed but totally understood and, in his own way, validated Brad and Scott's relationship by saying "which I don't understand." 😉

Well, if that didn't put a lump in your throat I don't know what would! Often, society thinks of the old as stubborn and set in their way but with Nonna and Pa, they're setting an example for the rest of the family to follow - an amazing example - embracing the love between 2 people and supporting them in their journey together.

Brad may be is boyfriend but Ronnie and the team are their friends and obviously support them whether they know it or not.

An old adage, 'When you enter this world you're crying and everyone around you is smiling. Live your life such that when you die everyone around you is crying while you are smiling.' I believe Charlie was smiling the day he went to meet his ancestors.

Another chapter of heartfelt emotions. I'm glad Frank now has that connection with his Mother that will be with him the rest of life. What comfort to know you have a guardian angel that you can talk with to guide you. As for the puppies, oh boy! Three months old and sleeps right next to me every night. Dang those puppy teeth are sharp too! 😂

I read the other day that a commentator suggested the President move on from the 500,000 that'd died from Covid in the US. Frank losing his mom is just one and one will be the only one that matters to that individual, that family, those communities, this world! Each and every individual is precious to someone and their loss can never be replaced. Amalia and Tony will surround Frank in all the love they can but the loss of his mom will always be with him as loss is with too many currently.

Vic is showing such compassion and caring for Frank. I too, like Tony, was surprised with Vic wanting to tell Frank the news. Sometimes though, that kind of news best comes from someone that's close where one doesn't have to worry about the emotions being embarrassing. Excellent chapter and so enjoying this story.

The reread of Chapter 40 was so worth it! I said the Grans were looking down on Tony smiling there but after reading this Chapter, I know Victorio is definitely smiling down on his Great Grandson because of the way he's acting and helping others. Vic and Francis are very lucky boys to have each other at such a young age and a great role model in Tony!

LUV'D the new addition to this chapter. The Grans are definitely smiling on Tony ... kinda brings a new meaning to "If you're reading this, I know my planned worked" and this is a huge reason. Can you imagine if Tony's cousin that was snooping for jewelry ever got ahold of something like this???
