Next chapter, next chapter, next chapter!!!

Now I can only see Loren screaming while Jay smirks and calls him a baby.

Fifty-two percent intimidating
astone2292 commented on Mrsgnomie's story chapter in Fifty-two percent intimidating
I'm on pins and needles! I think Boss Nanny mentioned Loren was involved in a rock climbing accident, so is that our next catastrophe? As it's been mentioned, Jay has overstepped his bounds a bit by asking for no more rock-climbing. There's not much I see Jay compromising with to even the playing field with Loren. He can't give up being a football player at this point, unless he has an ambition to coach. -
Now, now. Don't be doing any extra work on account of my daydreams.
-
I wouldn't underestimate Jay's determination. He said he'd marry Loren, and he's on track. Just kidding. I do think it would be cute to see Jay drag Loren to a football workout for content. An ice bath might be in store afterward. Loren's reaction would be hilarious.
-
Don't tempt Jay with a good time. Ooooh, that should be a scene! He convinces Loren to take an ice bath with him. Such a hot chapter! Good thing I wear an apron at work.
-
I feel devastated for Loren. Simply devastated. Other than smoking another cigarette, I really don't have a lot else to say.
-
But that's how we finds the secrets!

Go @kbois go! Inflate the ego!

“But it’s Christmas.” He looks like I just told him his goldfish died. My God, this was such a hilarious line in a not funny zone. I straight-up screeched, "NOOOOOO!!" and it's 5am! I just pictured Jay's Great Dane super sad puppy dog eyes and a trembling bottom lip.

I don't like this answer. I remember from Boss Nanny Loren gets in a rock-climbing accident... or was it Jay? Drat, need to reread...
-
The comment section seems to think Loren is the mystery, but I think not. Jay has rules in his contracts, which leads to rules in life. I'm thinking Jay has some bad skeletons, but that's my initial thoughts...

Wow! I really wasn't expecting Loren to admit he liked Jay. However, the cop out was bound to be attached. Oh well, more fuel for Jay to get his husband.

Or peanut butter whiskey with banana rum cream, shaken with ice. It'll be easier on the alcohol taste. This story is very entertaining. Jay's willpower is staggering. I can see we're going to have an "Ah-ha!" moment where Loren finally gets that Jay doesn't want to know about him. Jay wants to learn about Loren from the horse's mouth.

I'm like Loren when it comes to sports, whether it be that jumbo-sized ping pong or hockeyball, but I do know if a player has an injury, it'd be smart to tell coach... Oh, Garrett! Jay's persistent, I'll give him that.

Who the F**k is Jay Petermeyer?
astone2292 commented on Mrsgnomie's story chapter in Who the F**k is Jay Petermeyer?
Playing a serious game of catch-up. I forkin' love Loren so much! So far, very resemblant of me. Sees Jay. Very nice looking. Adorably annoying. Imagines a life involving barbecues and two or three kids... Nope! Nopenopenopenope! Ain't gonna do any of that silliness.- 59 comments

A total of ninety recommendations? Twenty-three reviews, twenty-two of them being five-stars? I'm not entirely sure what I was thinking when I kept passing up on this story. Make it ninety-one recommendations and twenty-three five-star reviews. With a title like Boss Nanny, many heads should cock to the side for a brief moment. For those who pass it up like I foolishly did, you are so missing out. There is a reason this is the most recommended story on this website, and it's because it's that damned good. Any sucker for a romance must read this story. The emotional toll on the cast throughout this tale is a forkin' roller coaster ride, and it will have you begging for more. There were moments I needed to take a seat or go outside for a cigarette. Then there were the scenes that caused me to look at my husband and think about adding our own little Aido-potato to the family. To the on-the-fence reader. I can't force you to open the first chapter, but I assure when you do, you'll fall for the characters, the plot, the suspense, and even the cliffhangers. Go ahead and get started. You will not regret a thing. To Mrs. G. I have not read any of your other works, and I regret it. I should've started reading this story a long time ago, for this world you've created is a phenomenal one. You deserve every shred of recognition and praise for this story, whether it be past, present, or future. The situation the main character finds himself in... I can say would put me at my limit. The support he receives is incredibly touching, especially in hindsight after evaluating my read-through. I look forward to reading more of your art. Well, as long as you curb your enthusiasm towards coconut.

Epilogue - 4 Years Later in Mexico
astone2292 commented on Mrsgnomie's story chapter in Epilogue - 4 Years Later in Mexico
My review will be more descriptive, but I needed to make a few notes here. This epilogue wrapped up most of my concerns from the final chapter. It is enlightening to see Mike and the Jacobsons get their reward in being despicable people. I really like #littlecarsontot and the instant I saw Carson's name, I assumed he was Aidan's brother. For some reason, I thought the nickname would've been Carson-nugget, because chicken nuggets are awesome. Regardless, completely adorable. This book could've been twice as long, and I would've still read it with the same passion. This has been a true delight! Riveting isn't a strong enough word, and synonyms are failing me at the moment. Brilliant work, Mrs. G! Also, I'm siding with @kbois. Coconut is an abomination, no matter what form it's in. We may disagree about mushrooms, but when it comes to coconut... Blegh!- 79 comments

There's a deer shapeshifter in Cernunnos that does! Okay not literally, but a certain other Signature Author smacked my fingies long before I started writing this story. I knew better than to submit a story laced with Fun Dip powder to one of Cia's challenges. So excited to see you reading this, Cassie!!
-
Years from now, my heart doctor will be asking questions about my blood pressure. The beginning of the last scene, where Seamus is suspecting Matt cheating will be my reasoning. W-wait a forkin' minute! The epilogue is next, and there so much left to cover! This epilogue better be 20k words, because I need wedding deets, Mike's ass in a cast, and Kelly's parents behind bars!

Chapter 13: Vexatious Victory
astone2292 commented on astone2292's story chapter in Chapter 13: Vexatious Victory
Yay! Love me some drama and plot twisting. Glad you liked it! -
I think you use the proper amount of cliffhangers. Me on the other hand, I will use one at the end of every other chapter and not lose sleep over it. And what a spicy cliffhanger you have served us. I can only hope Seamus' lawyers haven't thrown in the towel.
-
There better be some Aido-Spudato action in the sequel...
-
Sounds like Matt and the Spud need passports. I'm glad these two can (somewhat) communicate and have figured things out. Two chapters left? I think you mispronounced twenty. Two-wenty.
