Sad to see Cassie time fly by. I'm surprised Lex hasn't asked her to move closer, although I'm sure he'll have her over for major holidays from now on. Pfft. Wish I could just buy a brand new car all willy-nilly...

I've never been much for travel, but that's been instilled in me since my childhood. My family never took vacations. It wasn't until I met Noah I started traveling the US. It wasn't far for us, but we love Gatlinburg, TN. The air is clean, nature all around, and of course, the Ole Smoky Moonshine Distillery. Travel outside the US is something Noah wants to do, but if I were to go, it's gotta be Italy (literally anywhere).

I don't mean to post during your driving times. It just so happens to be posted at that moment! Sometime between Friday and Sunday. I'm not sure if Stefan wants to destroy Vincent, so much as offer a fair chance for revenge. Sarah was obviously brought into Stefan's world, but was she offered greatness, or a single opportunity? Perhaps her phone and laptop have answers... I'll ask Noah whether he thinks my fingers are evil as well. -

The Cinnamon Toast Crunch is my husband's go-to drink. I enjoy it in the colder months, but as it gets warmer I switch to Tom Collins 24/7.

Cassie is a great character. I imagine making her a main character would be difficult to pull off, but she's very well built and defined. Her antics are borderline annoying, but her humor is sharp and witty! After reading Spirit Wolves and the comments, the mentions of her built her reputation. Needless to say, she's met the standard. Lovely writing!

I could never handle a Cassie in my personal life, but I've always had a blast watching a Cassie wreak havoc on someone else. Time to meet with dear old dad!!

I usually don't point out errors unless it would heavily distract the reader. Lex nodded “We had a lab mix..." -> pretty sure you meant Ian here, as this dialogue paragraph mentions his speaking about "Dad." The previous dialogue was Lex's. Aside from this, a fantastic filler. It shows progress for Lex fitting in a domesticated setting versus his usual drifter lifestyle.

Kathy v. Cassie!!! The previous comments have me in stitches. I'm not sure I can confidently predict a victor should there be a tussle. I believe they'll get along. It's either that, or zoot suits...

Human, wolf, and instinct. Combining the three suddenly seems to be a bad move on Vincent's part. Got this book and the sequel done, but the third book is still in progress. Plenty of wild and crazy turns along the way! -
I'm envisioning a grand reveal to both Cassie and Ian's mom (Kathy? Might get that wrong). Ian and Lex might get shooketh by their combined squeals.

I side with Lex. Muffins are cake. However, blueberry reigns supreme! The wedding will be exciting. I can't wait to see Cassie! The verbal assault Lex's gonna get has me giddy.

Papa Lex is a senior partner at a family law office. Surely this won't go wrong. I imagine Ryan will be skeptical, probably dismissive.

I smell financial trouble for Vincent. He'll need some advice. Maybe Cyrus could ask Teddy for him? Honestly, I didn't give banking much thought with Vincent's sudden traveling. This will be clarified in future chapters. Dirk is the author's latest victim. When will I lift my thumb? Meh, I don't know... -
