🦌🐺 Tender moments between Sheamus and Cyn... Love it!!! Hmmmmm a mole in the ranks...Somebody's gonna get it!!! Arric is not going to be pleased! 😠 And now with Cyn ready to bolt!!! What will Sheamus do to calm him... You are the master my friend!!! This just keeps getting better and better!!! And so does this wine I am drinking 🍷 Hahahaha.... Seriously loving this story!!!! 💎

I just don't know how you do it... This story is so different from the LitS books and yet it still pulls you in deeper and deeper. You can feel the excitement Cyn has towards the budding relationship and life in general. Everything is new and exciting... It is fun to get to "see" Cyn's reactions to all the new things he is experiencing! You can feel everything he is feeling... Simply great...again and again!!!!

I have to say, I just love your poems. This one especially. Life is all about the right moment. I was already a bit emotional when I read the poem and then I read the "after". I have never been a big fan of Feb. 14. Everyone is always shocked...me the holiday person and everyone in the community knows it. 32 years...that is how long it has been since my Grandmother left this earth. We had an extremely special bond. (long story) Anyway, I have lost 2 dear friends and my Grandmother on the 14th...so there is not much love for that day (at least for me). And March will be 3 years since my Mother passed. 3 long years. It doesn't matter if you are young or old, when your Mother leaves, it is simply devastating. This poem and the quiet reflection did it for me. Put some things in perspective...and yes, it is indeed "the right moment". Thank you my friend....I needed all of this today!!!!!

🏆 Again you are nailing it!!! I am thoroughly loving the budding romance 🌹 between Sheamus and Cyn. Even if Sheamus is doing his job, you can feel that he genuinely loves being with Cyn. Cyn realizing Shea saved him and now hearing the confession that he thinks Cyn is handsome...too cute. Cyn is going to freak out!!! You just keep pulling us in don't you? Not that I will ever complain!!! I am loving it!!! 🦌🐺

Home.... That is what this feels like to me. I loved the opening with Dave and Stacy💌. So good to see him in the spotlight so to speak🔦. As for the rest....it was just as captivating as ever. As I said before, I love all of your projects but this one I get lost in. It almost consumes me. When I am reading it, everything else becomes gray. All noise is silenced. It just pulls me in and I'm there until the end. Welcome home....🏡

Again and again you just keep upping your game! This chapter is just a damn good chapter! 🏆 I don't know if I am taking this the wrong way but for me the way Cyn is feeling is akin to how one feels when they've been in an abusive relationship and are just coming back to "reality". You feel like you are hunted....no matter how nice people are to you. Your brain can't accept that there may not be an ulterior motive. It takes time and understanding on the part of the perceived hunter for the prey to fully grasp that they are there to help. The relationship you are building with Cyn and Shea is spot on! I just love them. And the realization that Shea is the "you" at the end! Chapter 7 can't come soon enough! And yes I just read the whole thing again hahahahaha!!! 🦌🐺

I am the opposite. I get mad easily. It does not take much of anything to get me going. Once I finally get it out, I am good to go! When I was working, I had to keep it bottled up. I couldn't really go off on the people around me. I did however take it out at home... I went through 3 punching bags over the course of 24 years. Not to mention many pairs of boxing gloves. It is funny how companies and organizations try to do something more "efficient" but it ends up costing more and/or sets you back months if not years!!! I am all about finding new ways to do things but when you are already doing an awesome job, why completely change it. Jumping on the bandwagon rarely ever provides the projected results. As a good friend (work colleague) always told me..."this to will pass". And she was almost always right! But it still feels good to bitch, rant, and rave about it!!!! Hahahahahaha

Everyone needs a good gripe session!!! Usually you feel a little better after getting it all out...usually! I know you have read a few of my soapbox moments...🤣 I actually loved seeing this side of you....the fiery, spunky side! 🔥 I also love a good bitch session!!! It's cleansing and good for the soul!! Rant on my friend, rant on!!!😠😠

Ummm .... WOW! I remember "the sparkle". That feeling is so scary but so good when that little sparkle turns into a flame then finally an all consuming inferno 🔥 that burns so bright and hot... Good times!!! Thanks Noah!!!!! (brought back some nice memories for me) 🥰

Love the rapport between Shea and Cyn.... Trust bonds are forming!!! Another great chapter! Again you can feel the fear and the "almost" acceptance Cyn has for Shea. Slow road to full trust but you can tell Cyn wants to trust but it goes against the natural hunter/prey 🐺/🦌 relationship. It's getting even more intriguing!! Keep it up my friend!! You are still the 👑!!

Welcome to the world of the Cernunnos!! A different tale in the world of shifters!! The first words of this story pulled me in..."The woods were quiet, and the moon lit their way down their path" ... I can't turn down a moon lit path in the quiet woods... Now I don't want to leave!!! Very enticing!!!!

Wow! The enforcer is the culprit...didn't see that coming! Expect the unexpected! That is one truth I have learned from reading your works! Shea seems like he will be a force as well. Defender of Cyn! I will have to agree with your comment...the new story high is very addictive!! (Just like LitS is...finally finished my reread...🤣) Looking forward to another great chapter!

Again I am wowed! You set the bar high with LitS and this story is right up there with it!!! Your writing is so intense and "deep", but it is so easy to read... You pack so much into each chapter. I wish I had your gift...🎁. The absolute terror Cyn feels as prey really hits home. In my "former" life (job), I dealt with people who had that fear on a daily basis. You are capturing that feeling of always being on guard, of always being the "prey". 🦌🐺 Arric seems to be the type of hero Cyn and the other "prey" need to survive. His anger/rage over what happened is palpable...it is like a wave washing over everyone in his presence. Another damn good chapter!!!! Giving me the feels!!!!!

You are definitely not a "one hit wonder"! (I never thought you were but I had to start with something LOL) This is so different from LitS. Different in the best possible way. It is dark... You can definitely feel the fear and tenseness. You have the innate ability to make your audience feel, experience, live through what your characters are experiencing. Being "prey" in a small room with a predator, you can feel the terror Cyn is experiencing😱😨. Amazing writing my friend!!!! I know I am behind...lol. I got lost in rereading LitS again!!! And I find myself doing the same with Cernunnos...reading it again. Luckily, this one isn't as big, yet!! 😆

Loved the insight into your past! I also love the little grocery store!!! There is one like that in a small town near my home. I will often go there just because it brings back memories of time spent with my Grandmother.... She shopped there and only there. Yes it is closer and cheaper for me to go to a big chain store but there is something to be said for the hospitality of a small town. You can't beat it! Thanks for this one...I love reminiscing about great times and that feeling of nostalgia just warms my heart...

Well you know I am all in....Hell you could write about toilet paper and I would read it!!! Seriously, I have a lot of time on my retired hands and I love reading your stories... I don't know what it is but I can just get into your stories, journal entries, blog... It's such a captivating read for me. It is so easy for me to lose myself in your works. Hours will have past and I'll think to myself "where the hell did the time go?". Love the deer shifter!! Another new concept from an awe inspiring creative mind!!!!

Once again my friend, I am left in awe of your talent!!! This chapter was so full of emotion, energy, excitement, hope for the future.... It had it all! I'm a little sad that the first book is done but I am so excited for the next installment! It was the perfect point to "end" this. The feelings of family, friendship, brotherhood, all brought together through love. You know my position/circumstances and you know what this book has done for me personally (to everyone else - I know it is fiction) but through this story and my personal conversations with the Author and his Husband, it has brought me out of my own shadows, my own isolation. There are so many aspects of this story that mirrored things in my life, things I got through but never quite resolved. I was isolated (because of medication for my disease) before the pandemic and just as I was getting small aspects of my life back...slowly getting back to some semblance of my old life, the pandemic hit and I was isolated again. I lived through social media, books, texting 🤣, and other forms of non contact communication. I was at a new low... Then I found the first chapter of this new story from a new author, Love in the Shadows.... It was like the veil started lifting. I can't begin to tell you how much this story, now book, has helped. Not only did I get a great story but I also got some great friends from it!! So saying this book holds a special place in my heart is an understatement. I can't wait to see what the future holds for you, Aaron! Great "ending" to an epic story!!!

I am all about the series!!! But you know that!!! I am all in! Publish this first book and start on the next!!! You know how much I love it! I loved Harry Potter. I've read the entire series a few times (ok SEVERAL times)! BUT I have read LitS more.... You probably won't believe me but have you noticed that it takes me longer to comment on a chapter? It's because I am going back several chapters and rereading to the current one. Sometimes on a "rainy" day I just sit down and read the entire thing. It is that good! Hell, who am I kidding, it is freaking AWESOME!!!! I am ready for my signed copy!!! 🤣 Seriously though, I am so happy for you and proud of you! You started out as an amazing author and somehow you have kept improving. I don't know how you improve on perfection but Aaron, you have! Many times over!!! Every chapter is better than the one before...and as you know I am unanimous in my opinion! You deserve every accolade you receive for this masterpiece!
